I love this place. These ladies are awesome. I have severe dental phobia issues and they made me feel completely comfortable. Casey was my hygienist and she was awesome. The staff up front was great. Everyone was great. I went 3 days in a row cause I’d put it off so long and I regret it because the experience was good. It was the dentist’s last day but I don’t even care. The rest of the staff for real, I’m a fan.

Needs to be 0 star. Horrible experience. Not only from the extra 20 minute wait in the waiting room (expected, I get it). The 20 minute wait in the chair for the dentist to be told every little detail about my teeth. Then the hygenist poking and doing her thing. Then another 15 minute wait for the money talk. Get asked to move to an office. Now I am in a consultation, great. Went in with a need for a root canal and a crown. That's it. Paper shows $10,000 for EVERYTHING to be done. Or I pay $2100 for the procedure I actually wanted. Felt like I was a used car getting a 101 point check up and then spoke to like I was talking to a used car salesperson. Do use all a favor and stop treating people like their for the right price you'll be perfect again. I just wanted my tooth to quit hurting, not my bank account. Do use all a favor and look up the "old guy" running a small business. Chain dentists are all about the money and apparently gives no ....... about you.

DR. Alexander, Casey and the entire staff are very kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Alexander listened to my concerns and was very gentle when working on my teeth. I left in better condition than when I arrived. If your looking for a great dentist and staff this is the place. I will be coming back when I have to have any other dental work done!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience visiting this office right here. The staff was very polite respectful and helpful in all areas. to give you comfort in the process of being seen, and sitting in the black chair ready to either give you good news and bad news. But the bads news that comes, always come with it being fixed with no problems. Yeah yeah yeah, I know getting bad news from a dentist. always turn out to be good news too. ?. Laura & Dr Alexander is the best. My daughter felt real comfortable with them. And there personal assistant, must carry a lucky charm cause she made things happen all in one day event. Great team over there.

My experience was almost five stars but the receptionist was disconnected, seemed to not want to answer questions very low in energy, now it was early morning so, hey. But everyone else was amazing, professionals who seemed to want to be there.Doctor G. Was genuine and kind, did an amazing job, kept checking on me to make sure I was doing well. He was professional all the way through. Nice looking, smelled good and of course has a nice smile. I definitely plan to get all my dental work done there & Yes! I highly recommend Mr G🙏🏾💜 .Mrs T.B

Please save yourself the pain and trauma and do not come here! I came here due to one of my wisdom teeth coming in with a giant hole in it. They immediately scheduled me to get all four teeth extracted. I wasn’t against this since I knew they needed to come out anyways, however they did not explain any of the risks, healing time or anything until I was literally sitting in the chair for the operation. They DO NOT PUT YOU TO SLEEP, they only have you take diazepam and numb you. As soon as the operation started when the surgeon began pulling my wisdom teeth I was in sharp pain. I kept raising my hand over and over but I was ignored! The assistant just kept patting my shoulder telling me “you’re okay, it’s fine” when it wasn’t fine! I was uncontrollably shaking because my body was going into shock from experiencing so much pain and trauma! I was crying in the chair asking them to stop because it was hurting so much. When the traumatic experience was finally over the surgeon just left, he didn’t bother to come out and talk to my husband to explain to him about how any of it went, the assistant came out and gave him a brief run down on how to “care for me”. They didn’t bother to give me the syringe to irrigate my sockets either. And after BEGGING the surgeon not to prescribe me a pain killer that would interact with my current medication he still did. So I had to SUFFER in IMMENSE pain on just Tylenol and ibuprofen. They do not set up a post op check up or anything, they just rip your teeth out and send you on your way. It’s now been two weeks post op and I still CANNOT feel part of my lower lip/chin due to nerve damage. I will be seeking treatment from a neurologist now because of this awful place. Also they literally NEVER answer their phones, you will never ever be able to get through to talk to anybody in their office. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Unless you want trauma and a new found fear of dentists DO NOT COME HERE, I wish I would’ve done more research and looked into more places instead of settling on this terrible establishment. Shame on you people for doing this to patients.

I do not want to share the details of my visit to Aspen Dental but wanted to share I was referred to a specialist. I was given a phone number and told to schedule an appointment because Aspen Dental could not help me. When i called, the specialist reported all insurances were out of network, everything had to be paid upfront, and the first consultation was $400.00. I was in the parking lot crying because i could not afford this, but according to Dental Aspen, if I didnt see this specialist, i would not be able to order and wear new dentures. I went back into the office for help. The office manager stepped out. She was supposed to call me. She never did. I finally found someone on my own. I saw the specialist. He reported i did not have the problem Aspen Dental said i had but he found suspicious spots on the bottom of my mouth that i am getting a second opinion of. Aspen Dental said there were no lesions or concerns with my mouth. This specialist is working with me to get a new pair of dentures made to wear. I would not recommend Aspen Dental, especially for examinations. The Aspen Dental dentist may have let me leave with cancer sores in my mouth. Very unhappy with my visit!

Do not recommend. Front desk and hygienist staff was helpful! Calling the 833 number, this staff member did not listen and incorrectly entered my information, even after I spelt my name for her. I came in for a broken tooth that needs a root canal. It took 30 minutes for me to be seen by the dentist after my appointment time which I understood since they seemed busy. However, upon examining my chipped tooth, he asked if it was rice or Thai in my tooth when it fact it was my tooth and he chipped it more. And then offered more expensive services such as an implant.
