Aspen Dental - Newnan, GA

I get severe anxiety going to the dentist. I had a great experience and all of the staff were kind and understanding. They helped me figure out a payment plan that made it affordable to take care of my teeth. I drove over an hour to get here and this will be the only dental office I use for now on.

Great experience! I was in tremendous amounts of pain caused by a tooth. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and was nervous about having X-rays took and the the experience as a whole. They made me feel confident about what was happening talking me through every step. After finding out my pain was being caused by a wisdom tooth the doctor explained my options and offered me immediate relief. Very pleased with the staff, dentist, and dental assistants!

Staff is great! Dr Gabe is great! Organization is horrendous. Appointment time 8 am there until 10:30 for”short procedures. Call on the phone takes at least 45 minutes. Please help this place be great. They have the right people

Horrible experience. Placed and appointment plenty time in advanced. Got text message to confirm appointment and clicked the link and got a confirmation screen that my appointment was good to go. We arrived and the woman at the front was extremely rude and had an attitude right off the bat. She told us our appointments got cancelled because we received a call and apparently I didn’t answer. The call was apparently two days or so prior to appointment. Looking back at my missed call/ voicemails I didn’t receive any missed call from them at all. She lied to me. They completely cancelled are long awaited appointments. If they “supposedly” called and I didn’t answer, there was no voicemail and why wouldn’t a chain establishment like this give a single call back. People are busy things happen… Besides the point I never received one call from them at all at no point. I’m in sales my phone is always on full volume and I do not miss calls. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. She should be fired due to terrible customer service. Good luck setting an appointment. I’d recommend going to a more local dentist office. Don’t bother with these corporate chains they treat you terribly. Wish I could give no stars.

Today was my first time at Aspen and I had an amazing experience. I want to thank Chelsea & Ashley! They both were great ! very informative & I enjoyed our conversations! Thank you to Ms.V , best dentist that I have come across and she made me feel comfortable! & thank you Emily , very informative as well and helped me with a few different options for my treatment plan .
