Aspen Dental - Nashville, TN

Staff and Dentist were great. Wait time was minimal. Facility was clean. Equipment was very clean and looked modern and high end. Dental issues were explained in lay terms and easy to understand. Treatment plan laid out and cost presented up front and options given professionally.

Oh my goodness I can’t even begin to tell you what a great experience I had. They were absolutely wonderful! I don’t drive and they had some time so they went ahead and combined my first and second visit together! Who does that!!! Obviously Aspen Dental did. I have only had one appointment and I’m picking up my new dentures next week!!! I have put this off so long and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I had a car accident and had to get dentures, this obviously makes me self conscious and they made me feel so good. They made I understood everything that will be going on and I’m just so excited to get my dentures next week. I SO RECOMMEND the clinic at Nashville West. 5 stars!!!

Great place, friendly and polite. People remember you and the treatments are standard and effective. The doctors will work with you to try and help the best they can and the administration will pencil you in quickly if you need help and they have the ability to do so. I feel like this place is a diamond in our area for service and help. Not everyone enjoys the dentist but helping you on your way to better health can be a difficult journey sometimes and it’s so very appreciated.

It was a great experience considering I hate going to the dentist. The staff was 5 star all the way making me feel comfortable. Also saved some teeth!!!

Great e perks, wonderful dr. She was sensitive to my needs. However I’ve decided to seek second opinion because my case is comprehensive dental health and I need my insurance to pay for most of it.. currently it’s not. Fabulous dr and hygienist; great dr, also he finance man Matthew; youv got to see him he’s the BEST!! I had a great experience from the front desk staff who greeted me and checked me in, to the technician, hygienist and the dentist. All were great! I have no complaints at all. I felt listened to and they took care of my tooth issues and treatment.

Do NOT go here. I take really good care of my teeth, rarely had cavities in my life, and they claimed that I had 5 + cavities. My partner who has the same eating habits, brushes teeth same toothpaste, amount of time, frequency, etc. went to a different dentist, paid $0 with no cavities. Me, on the other hand, went here and got charged up the ass. Was NOT told that I maxed out my insurance and had to pay a lot of money to get my “cavities” filled. On top of that, I’ve brought this company name up to my friends and they say that they are notoriously known for doing this. I never leave reviews, I usually don’t give a shit, but this has been the biggest inconvenience and annoyance of my life. Do not go here.

I was very pleased with my initial to Aspen. This started from the receptionist- to Dental attendants- to business manager- to Dr Hogan. The treatment plan developed will resolve my issues and I look forward to developing a long relationship with this Aspen Dental Care
