Aspen Dental - Merrillville, IN

This was my final visit to get the crown attached to my implant. I waited no more than 5 minutes in the lobby. The staff was friendly and informative. The Dr. Is great. Went right to business. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Within 10 minutes in the chair, I was good to go. There's no reason I would choose to go anywhere else and trust me, I've had plenty of work done on me in the past!

Six months ago went for my scheduled follow up cleaning, which I scheduled at my prior cleaning. Showed up at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled and was told by the receptionist my scheduled appointment was cancelled because I did not answer the phone to confirm my appointment. I explained I work 2 full time jobs and cant carry my phone while working, and informed her that I did not cancel my appointment so why would they cancel it? I tried several times to try to get in for cleanings since my insurance regularly sends reminders that I get 4 cleanings annually. No success. I again had a hard time getting an appointment for the past 4 weeks calling weekly, leaving messages with the operators, with no success until this week, when I demanded to speak to a Supervisor with the phone operators and he connected me with the office. Once I finally reached someone to schedule the appointment, the experience was a very positive experience. The Dental Tech was very personable and explained everything prior to completing tasks. The environment was very sanitary. The Dental Tech was thorough and completed my cleaning with no pain. She answered any questions and made my experience a very pleasurable one. The Dentist displayed excellent bedside manner and gave me great options for future care. Office Manager was friendly and explained my Dental plan options well. Great Office experience.

Absolutely no privacy!! It's a neat and clean place the people are nice! No privacy at all when you are getting exam you are right next to someone getting exam as well in the same room with no doors separate anything!! When you are at the front desk to discuss your final bills there are no portions no cubicle just open space where the whole place can hear and see everything that it going on!! They can hear the results of your exam with your conversations and questions with the dentist everything!! Absolutely no privacy!! It's terrible!! Never seen a set up like it!! Totally disappointing

Awesome experience over all! I know it’s a dentist how awesome could getting teeth pulled be? But I will tell you they are the best! Everyone is super nice and super thorough. Super streamlined process with everything too! Highly recommend.

First things first, my face looks I’m hiding a softball, and all the workers and doc were kind, & easy to talk to! Great experience for me… a person with no smile to show, I was treated as if I had pearly whites! Rock n Roll Aspen Dental!
