Great experience, all the staff was super friendly. Dr. Justin Chow was very thorough and able to fit in a filling on the same day as my cleaning which was really helpful so I didn’t have to come back. Will switch my routine care to this clinic!

After reading reviews, I thought I would try this place. I need to get a lot of work done and I have looked at around five different dentist offices as I lost my dentist as he passed away. This place was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable as I get extremely nervous at the dentists now after having a few bad experiences elsewhere. They set up a plan for me the same day and are helping me to meet a deadline to fix some of my teeth in a short amount of time. I felt like God was truly watching over me today as each person there went above and beyond. I feel like this is going to be my dentist office and also my husbands. We have been looking since we lost our beloved dentist Dr Jeffery Damon. I am very excited to start my journey with them. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The place is extremely clean and professional. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I was at Medford branch and will be going up to Woburn for a procedure as well. They do have someone that comes in once a month if you need sedation for getting any teeth pulled as well.

Everyone from the office staff to the dentist was extremely helpful. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and their prices were excellent for people without insurance. I'd highly recommend this dental clinic.

I had an exceptional experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Jasmine and Taylor at the front desk. Dr. Chikersal was outstanding—her expertise and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease during my visit. Ryane and Cindy were equally fantastic, providing excellent care and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my treatment. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

I was leaving the office when the exterminator was coming in, they were roach infested apparently. Wish I would've known before they gave me an exam. The doctor was brusque and rude when I told her about dental anxiety. Overall, a horrible experience with a random 80.00 bill despite my insurance coverage, just a preliminary exam. Wouldn't recommend. The office staff was very pleasant in the front but the billing person seemed to lack empathy, I wouldn't recommend this office.

Great dental practice. They are professional and courteous. Pricing is transparent and they will work with you to find the best way to afford your dental care.
