Dr. Hendrix and her staff where very informative, professional and understanding to my needs. My experience there was excellent. Everyone was kind and made me feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend Aspen Dental on the Outer Loop to Everyone I know for there dental needs if they want professional and a personal touch. Thank you Dr. Hendrix and your staff for helping me.

Their call center terrible. My daughter called to schedule appointment they told her this location tells her they don’t accept her insurance after the call center said they do. She waited hours for appointment. We got there on time. She is in agonizing pain and it’s the worst when u wait all day dealing with pain too be told no they can’t help. She called back to get a woman that had no empathy she told my daughter that not all locations accept Passport. She was transferred to another non empathetic female that didn’t listen and more focused on getting off call them trying to help. She refused to get a supervisor when asked. Don’t call these folks if u have emergency or expect competent empathetic people. If the ppl we spoke to are indication of their customer service then they fail.

This is my first time with Aspen Dental. Had 10 teeth pulled. Lady Dr. Was amazing. She was very gentle and always letting me know what to expect during my procedure. Highly recommend Aspen Dental

I arrived for a tooth extraction at 7 am on Wednesday morning and the staff was impressive,,however after a 2 hour x-ray of each and everyone of my teeth and gums I had to wait for the Doctor and Manager of this establishment to inform me that they really are trying to recruit patients for a Guum treatment program which cost ruffle $4000 ...the program means well however I was told that I would have to come back another time and bring $564 cash for a down payment towards a tooth extraction because they don't except Passport Insurance well I wish they had told me this information at first therefore I ended up calling around while having a broken molar with no pain treatment until I finally found a hospital that would pull my tooth for me that excepts Passport Insurance..I certainly hope that no one else has the experience that I had there because I was in extreme pain for hours and I left there in extreme pain . GOD Bless the people in my situation.

I’am a new patient. The whole staff made me feel welcomed and took some of the anxiety away. Everything was explained in detail and they made sure I understood the end goal in getting my dental health back on track. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant, I had an overall good 1st experience.
