Aspen Dental - Loganville, GA

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and open arms. All the staff here are super nice and easy to talk to. The Dental hygienist Nila was amazing. The front desk ladies Sandra and Jacky are sweet, overall good people here. Doc K was great as well.

I am a new patient. From Walk in to check out all staff was very respectful and treatd me with absolute kindness. The office was very modern and very clean. I tend to shy away from dentist, but the Staff and Doctors made me feel very welcome and comfortable for my visit.

Very nervous going in because I had went to the ER last night and was in immense pain but they accommodated my financial need for an extraction over a RC. I appreciate it immensely. Jaquelin, the assistant office manager, was extremely professional and very kind and patient with all of my questions and assured me that I had to do what was best for my personal and financial health. The validation was lovely.

Need more experience workers in the back. Only person that knew was they was doing was the hygienist today. Doctor was little rough in my mouth and office manager had a snappy attitude. She need to take notes from the other front receptionist with black hair on how to treat customers. Too over price with insurance.

I was very well taken care of here today. Yesterday I was assessed by Dr. Kat Snelson, and he said he could fill cavities instead of bigger procedures. I've had a lot of work done, elsewhere, and am still paying off last years...so this was some great information. Then today, he did what he said and after a few fillings I was done and he said it was successful. I have to mention his assistant Kelly, as she got me a bite block that I requested and didn't turn her nose up at me over the difficulty fitting it after seeing I have enough missing teeth for it to be a challenge. She, and the Doctor, were both kind and professional with me. I appreciate the work they did more than I can express.
