The Assistants were very clear step by step, the Dentist was also very helpful and clear. They made sure I was comfortable, that I had understood everything. The lady who processed the payment was also very helpful with information and options to pay. Usually I get told a bunch of information on a doctor level, or not told anything except what I need to get done. This location did not do that. They explained what they were doing, what they found and explained in laymen terms what was wrong, the suggested course of action moving forward and always asked if I understood and if I had any questions. It was by far the best Dental Experience I have had ever.

All the staff from registration to the tech, hygienist, Dr. Rutch and check out staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to my issues and took great care of me. I have extremely high anxiety at the dentist and their efficiency helped keep me at ease during my appointment. Highly recommend!!

I went in at 7:30AM to have my cavities filled and was out by 8:05AM….only because he had to numb me some more. The procedure was quick and painless. The office staff was friendly and professional even though it was early! I appreciated the early appointment and being in and out quickly!!!

Unfortunately I cannot review the billing department separately. The dentists and dental technicians here were awesome, however billing has truly been a disaster. I have been billed several times for services that my insurance has already paid for. I called my insurance company to confirm that the payment was actually made, and even initiated a three-way phone call between myself, my insurance company, and Aspen Dental billing so that this could be confirmed. My insurance company was able to provide Aspen Dental with the online payment number, amount, and date in which the payment was made, and somehow Aspen Dental is still unable to locate it after months. They have apparently opened up tickets to look into this, and assured me that they would reach out if they were unable to resolve the issue. I just called billing again today to continue to look into this, and the representative said that their system was down and to please call back. At this point, I asked the representative to please send me an email stating that the system was down as I would like to start a paper trail documenting these encounters. The representative agreed to, however I have yet to receive this email. This experience has truly be unbelievable.

The technology is amazing! The kindness that all the staff showed to me was exceptional. To keep my gums healthy I realize is going to be a process yet i do feel that I will be I expert care. Thank you so much. As a first time patient, coming back is a no brainer for sure.
