Aspen Dental - Lees Summit, MO

I don’t recommend. They made me come back 5 different times and 2 of those times I was there for over two hours. Wasted time for first appointment saying it’s a consultation. Like people take off of work for a consultation. They kept giving me different price quotes. One of the office/financial people didn’t bother to check or explain why it was a price difference. They accept too many people without enough staff. They filed down one of my teeth that was not supposed to be corrected and then said they must have missed it and tried to charge me for another crown. After 5 visits they missed it. They lost my paperwork for the orthodontist doctor and made me refill it out. I asked for a partial refund and someone refunded the whole thing after they made me prepay and I had to be recharged again on my 5th visit. I asked to make sure it was a refund for one procedure I didn’t get. Also I had to paid for a rush job on my cleaning that was $120 . I was not given numbing cream either just straight in with the shots. It was just rushed and gave a hurry up and wait experience. Also when calling there for issues with scheduling I was either hung up on by the from desk or one day they just didn’t answer at all when I called different times or the day.

Over the weekend I broke a tooth eating. I called Aspen first thing in the morning to see if they could fit me in that day. I honestly didn’t think I was going to get the day of, but the nice receptionist was very empathetic and scheduled an appointment to see the doctor that morning. Once I got there, everyone was very accommodating, personable, and very caring. I could tell it was very busy, but I never felt them rushing. Long story short, I ended up needing a root canal. Dr. Marco Gargano and his staff were amazing. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. Even though it’s a temporary, my tooth looks great! I HIGHLY recommend this dental team!

Omg this is the best dental office I've been too... They have gained 2 patients for life and I'm going to tell my family and friends. Starting from Mary at the front desk who is always so kind and helping my daughter relax for her appointments. Lisa and Asia who tag teamed my X-ray exam today to keep me comfortable and were so patient with me. Kaylee the hygienist who came in and was so personable and sweet to inform me about a treatment plan to get my teeth back on track. Last but not least Dr. Marco and the assistant Jackson who were so Amazing for taking care of my daughter with extracting her tooth and keeping her comfortable. Also let me not forget the office manager Taylor who is always up beat and gives me good news on the price every time... This is a five star place and if you are ever in need they are here to help.❤️

I came to Aspen Dental in Lees Summit with sudden wisdom tooth pain. I made an appointment & got in the same day. Everyone from the front desk staff (the sweetest human ever) to Lisa who did my scans, to the young lady who escorted me to my room, to the doctor (absolutely amazing, was very eager to help me out and make me comfortable) to the lady who prepped me for the extraction to the kind lady who walked us out and made sure I understood after care. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but I talked to pretty much everyone working Monday September 30th & absolutely everyone did an amazing job. This place has a cozy waiting room, clean bathrooms, and amazing staff. I highly recommend Aspen dental in LS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down absolutely BEST dentist I've ever been to! I've had to get a lot of work done over the last couple of years, and when I was younger. I explained to everyone at Aspen what my anxiety was like with dentist and not once did they make me feel like they were annoyed lol. Marry at the front desk is so sweet and helped me through my anxiety at the first appointment. Deb who did my xrays is so funny and definitely helped take my mind off the whole process. Kaylee the hygienist was VERY patient with me and very good at what she does. Dr. Marco is AMAZING and knows what he's doing! I've never felt so good about my smile until now. Now, going to my appointments I have almost no anxiety. I actually get excited for my appointments because they've taken such good care of me. And if you have an emergency situation and need to get in somewhere quick they'll will make it happen!
