Amazing place. They make you feel so welcomed and make sure that during your visit you are comfortable. Very clean and organized and they take their time to talk to you about your procedure/visit and if you have any questions they are there to get you the answers that you need. Thank You Dr.Cuevas, and staff foe a great visit.
I recently visited Aspen Dental in Kissimmee and I must say, they are the best! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The staff were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. The dental care I received was top-notch. The dentist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They truly care about their patients and it shows in the way they treat you. They deserve five stars all around for their exceptional service.
My visit to Aspen Dental has been terrible in my opinion; it's the worst service I've experienced, and it has caused me many inconveniences. My ordeal began in December 2023 when I had a complete upper jaw extraction procedure. I went back for a follow-up in May 2024, and from there, my issues started. The appointments were not scheduled on time, the fixed prosthetics were not ready within the expected timeframe, and as of September 13, my work is still not completed by the laboratory. I really don’t know what to think of the place; currently, I’m considering having my procedure done at another center and abandoning what I have there. I know that as a single patient, my experience may not make a difference, but personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I thought this site had better customer service, but I see they have significant issues with the people working with them externally. In any case, I’m not surprised by anything that happens or that I’m told. Thank you for your minimal attention. I don’t mind continuing to pay my debt, but I want to maintain my peace of mind. ---
Amazing and friendly staff. I went in with extreme tooth pain and they were very empathetic to my feelings and did everything they could to make me feel better and comfortable. i called around 8 in the morning exhausted from the lack of sleep and pain. They said they can squeeze me in at either 9am or 11am. I chose 11am because i was extremely too weak to get up for the 9 am. I was seen by the dentist who told me i needed an emergency root canal. He quickly scheduled it for the following day and prescribed me pain medication and antibiotics in preparation for the procedure. I never had great dental experiences in the past which is probably why my teeth have gotten to this point. I truly felt so embarrassed and ashamed to show them the condition of my teeth. But they made me feel at ease. Although it was pricey they reiterated how important it is for me to get this resolved and i was able to agree with a payment plan. I wish more dental practices can learn from this office and its staff. Thank you so much for helping me i feel a million times better
I had an exam at the Kissimmee office. The staff took x-rays, then I went back to speak with the dentist. We discussed getting a full set of dentures. They told me that they would submit the claim to my insurance. I requested a prior authorization, so I would know what my out of pocket cost would be. This was about three weeks ago and I am yet to hear back. The option on their voicemail to get connected with an employee in the insurance department is useless. The wait is very long, and I’m assuming that they are hoping that you will give up. Anyway, I would not recommend this business to anyone!
Only 1 star because dentist and hygienist are nice. Front desk has ruined my life for many reasons. First, they change my appointment times without asking. I had physically come into the office to confront them about why my appointment time was changed and they had no reasoning. Second, I come to my appointment and was skipped multiple times. I ask the front desk what’s going on. They forgot to check me in even though I signed in and have been present for 40 minutes!!!!! No concern for wasting my time. Also, they have over charged me in the past because they also “forgot” to run my insurance. Please don’t waste your time here because they don’t care at all!
I had a terrible experience at this dental office. They failed to inform me upfront that my insurance might not cover the procedure, and they didn’t send the necessary X-rays to my insurance, causing my claim to be denied. This level of negligence is unacceptable. They seem more focused on squeezing money out of patients than providing honest and professional care. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do your job correctly the first time instead of expecting apologies after the fact.
