My dental assistant was very pleasant and nice. She was excellent at informing me of each plan of care. She made sure things were sanitary by changing her gloves often. I felt well taken care of.

Let me start off by saying I hate dentists; or at least I thought I did. But Aspen Dental has changed my mind. And I hope you take the time to read this and figure out why. I have not so great teeth, and about a month ago I started to experience extreme pain on the left side of my mouth. My top left wisdom tooth, and a bottom left molar. I waited to see if it would resolve on its own, and it did not, so I scheduled with Aspen Dental. When I received my confirmation call, I was informed that we probably wouldn't be able to do anything about them right away, but we would set up a plan for treatment. This is nothing new, and I went to my appointment today expecting to just get some X-rays and to schedule an appointment to address the problem at a later date. I arrived and the front desk staff and office manager greeted us with smiles and were so friendly. There was a technical issue with the tablets, so I filled out the paperwork by hand (old school!). They were very kind and apologized for any inconvenience, and I assured them I had no issues with this at all, stuff happens that we can't control, especially with technology! I was brought to the back promptly and the technician had a few difficulties trying to set up the bite wings for the X-rays. I told her not to fret about it, and we just giggled and joked as we got through them. Then, after speaking with the hygienist, the doctor came in, and she was the absolute sweetest dentist I have ever met! She talked with me openly about the issues I have and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms so that I could make informed decisions about how I wanted to proceed with my treatment. After checking her schedule for the day, she let me know that we could proceed with the extractions of the problem teeth today! I have never had a dentist willing to take action on a first appointment, and I was so happy to have a solution for my nagging toothaches. After meeting with the doctor, the office manager set us down in a room and went over the discussed treatment plans, breaking it down into phases and costs for each step. She even printed a seven-page long itemized list so my husband and I could look over every single charge and see what insurance covered, and what it didn't (She even color coded them to make it easier for us to understand!) I know that Aspen Dental gets some bad reviews, but I am so glad I trusted them with my care. Every single member of staff that we came into contact with was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful at easing my dental anxiety. In fact, we liked them so much, my husband literally scheduled him an appointment on their website while we were in the office. To the staff-Thank you so much for the kindness you showed my husband and I today. I can't wait to continue to work with you on my dental care.

Went in for tooth extraction that had previously abscessed. Paid the $29 new patient exam fee immediately. The staff were very friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately appointment took 3 hours and I had to pay $384 for them to pull one tooth. I wasn't given any paperwork other than the 2 receipts for payments but nothing stating what the payment was for after paying the extraction fee. Although I did enjoy the staff, I feel that compared to what other dentists have charged for the same procedure, this place is way overpriced

Best dental experience I have had! They worked with me with my insurance not kicking in yet from work and figure out my dental emergency! Explained everything thoroughly and everyone from the receptionist, assistants,dentist and the office manager were kind and extremely helpful. Also major kudos to the assistant( I don't remember her name) and the dentist that really calmed my anxiety and did great with my extraction! Will definitely be back for all my dental needs!

We were incredibly impressed with the team of dedicated dental health professionals that took care of us during our recent visit. They were able to repair an upper denture for my husband in less than one hour and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. We appreciate you!

One of the best dental experiences I have had EVER!!! The whole office - Doctor's and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I feel like I am part of the family. I have (had) a real fear of dentist offices but from day one that has changed. The surgeon pulled all of my teeth yesterday - under local anesthetic - he was very professional and helped me through - pain free by about 3:00pm. I had post op today and the doctor explained in detail the next steps process - which made me feel so much at ease. I feel I am getting the best care possible. I highly recommend this office . Went with my father for new dentures. Charged $1900 3 weeks ago. Called 6 times left numerous voicemail. No response. We are charging back the credit card and refusing to do anymore business. DO NOT GO THERE FOR DENTAL. Piss poor customer service. Response: Called the number below to resolve issue. After 12 minutes on hold NO RESOLUTION. Filing a charge back for services not rendered. Unbelievable piss poor customer service.
