Customer Reviews
I can’t say enough great things about Aspen dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. Their team were incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle throughout my visit. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I appreciated their attention to detail and how much they prioritized my comfort. It’s clear this office genuinely cares about their patients. I left feeling confident about my treatment plan and so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dental team. I highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care
After a long stretch of time where I didn't have the means or insurance to go to the dentist, I finally had the chance to get some much needed dental care with Aspen. They were absolutely wonderful and customer service was great. The staff was friendly and caring, and they were more than willing to work with me with my financial constraints and find me affordable means of getting the necessary procedures done to save my dental health. Just from one visit I can tell this definitely is a practice that cares deeply for their patients and is willing to go the distance to make sure they treat their patients with respect, empathy, and understanding. I'm very happy with my experience so far and am looking forward to having regular cleanings and treatment to further improve my smile with Aspen. Thank you so much!
First off the office staff(front desk, xray, and hygienist were great). That’s where the feeling that my pain and care mattered more than a $ sign. I came in with an exposed nerve and cracked tooth and still left in extreme pain. It felt rushed once I sat with the dentist and though the office manager apologized for the way I felt about the visit, sorry doesn’t fix the issue. If your policy is to basically do nothing on first time patients, that should have been said prior to the 20 X-rays. I have a “plan” that isn’t super clear because instead of the dentist going over it with me it was left to the office manager. Why would there be two cleanings scheduled prior to the exposed nerve issue? How is it possible the numbing wouldn’t work for the exposed nerve but would work for the deep clean? None of it made sense? Then to have the root canal and not a crown until way later? As a patient I shouldn’t be the one to voice the concern that having multiple root canals without a crown might cause further complications down the road. Especially with my dental history and issues. I’m sorry but the level of care needs to be explored. More time needs to be taken with patients before being PASSED off to an office manager to go over pricing. The funny thing is I was willing to pay whatever and have a clear plan laid out to me and have my questions answered very clearly but I was made to feel rushed and that going over PRICING was more important. I’ll never ever go to an Aspen Dental again and I’ll always tell everyone to avoid it if asked.
I'm so glad I chose Aspen Dental. Every single staff member I've interacted with is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was reassured that even if they couldn't look up my insurance, the first visit would only be $29. Considering they took several XR's to get an idea of my oral health, this is an insanely good deal. I ultimately was able to find my insurance, and a full treatment plan was made for me same day! I've already gotten some fillings done and my teeth are already feeling so much more normal!! I had no idea I needed 7 fillings this entire time, and I've already gotten 3. They did an AMAZING job adjusting them until my bite was just right. I'm so glad they figured this out right away and got me in so quickly. For 7 fillings, follow ups, and a deep clean, my total was less than $700. Considering how bad my dental neglect has been, this is an extremely good price to me. I'm also on the spectrum and struggle immensely with my dental health, and they have been so understanding of this. My dental health has been neglected for an embarrassingly long time, but this was a place of no shame. The doc gave me hope, reassuring me that I'm going to get to a place of good health, and all the XR techs and assistants were extremely kind, attentive, and gentle. I always fear going to the dentist but they made this significantly easier for me. The office manager is super nice, too. He was extremely accommodating and made sure coming in would be a possibility for me on a crazy day!! Discussing payment for my treatment plan was a breeze and they offer multiple payment options to give you some leeway. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!!
Absolutely wonderful and compassionate professionals. My dental assistant was so sweet and gentle taking my X-rays and the Dentist was also very kind and compassionate. I felt very cared for. Thank you for being so kind to me.
