First off the staff are very nice but the experience has been terrible. The first appointment was amazing. Every appointment after that has been terrible. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve had to reschedule me. I’ve taken off work only to be told the doctor has changed his schedule to only accommodate in the afternoon. So I reschedule. I come back in and I’m told you weren’t suppose to come in yet. I said the doctor told me to come in and you scheduled me for this date. They ultimately saw me and took my images for my new implant. I come back a month later and the moment I come in the office I’m told I owe 600 dollars because the insurance didn’t cover a bone graft. I asked why it took 3 months to get to this conclusion. In my frustration I pay the fee. While I’m waiting to be seen I look up the cost and realize I didn’t have a bone graft here. I ask for itemize receipt and the staff apologized and stated they would get me a refund asap. Refund didn’t come until I had credit card company stop the transaction. This visit gets better. I’m now told my tooth was sent to wrong location so I have to reschedule yet again until they find my tooth. I get a phone call a week later saying I need to come in and get more scans for my tooth because they lost the tooth and have no copies of my original scans done a month ago. I wish I was making this stuff up but it’s playing out in real time. I repeat the staff are sweet as can be. The experience not so much. I would really like to recommend ASPEN but I can’t.

I went here today for a new patient appointment and second opinion. Everyone on staff including Emily and the dentist were great and I acknowledge there were some people who were out sick but I was there for almost 2 hours which is unacceptable seeing how I only got an exam and x-rays. I should’ve been there at most an hour.

I am beyond disappointed with Aspen Dental. Staff are friendly and do seem to care, but I have had MANY appointments cancelled, by Aspen. Sometimes I get a call or text asking me to reschedule but twice I have gone to my appointment and the door is locked. It is very difficult to reach anyone at the office. I have found a new dentist and am SO relieved that I will never have to reschedule and rearrange my days because they are understaffed. In fact, the last time I rescheduled my appointment I was assured they are fully staffed and I would have no problems. I received ANOTHER message needing to reschedule. I wish them well but I'm done.

I was absolutely treated with much respect from everyone.I was in Excruciating pain. I so appreciated how caring everyone was. The Dr was SUPERB!!!!. he was so professional in every aspect. Thank you all for making my day a lot better than it started out. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

It wouldn't let me give 0 stars. Stay far away from them. Charged me a large amount of money and didn't file one insurance claim. Put crowns on teeth that didn't need them. Now they are so sensitive to hot and cold I can barely eat on that side of my mouth. Being a gluten for punishment I broke a tooth. I had an appointment for a cleaning. After the cleaning a dentist looked at it for 30 seconds. Then I sit in the chair for 30 minutes. Now they want to charge me for things I've already paid or at least paying for. Now keep in mind I have a disability and live on a fixed income. They way I see it they charged me full price for everything. Signed my up for a credit card at 30 percent interest. I have since refinanced it. Stay far away Update. I have requested a refund over 4 months ago. They are telling me they are waiting on insurance claims. Until I requested a refund they had no intention on filing my insurance. I'm no longer with that insurance company. They filed beyond the 6 month window. My old insurance co will not pay their claim. This is a very shady company. Do your research before you make an appointment
