I wish I would have read the reviews first. But, not all seem to have similar experiences as I do. First, the chairs in the waiting room have urine stains, so I had to be careful where I sat. The assistant who did my x-rays had a personality of a box of rocks. The exam was okay. but I never got any actual work done on my teeth... BECAUSE the estimate was over $6k. I need a "deep cleaning" and have a few small cavities. When I told the finance gal I have never paid this much ever for a deep cleaning she corrected me and said "No, its not that.. Its periodontal therapy." Okay, so its the same thing but made it to be a bigger deal that I sign up for their "PAYMENT PLAN" which has interest etc. She said I was approved, but glad I switched dentists because I received a notification in the mail over a week later stating I am in fact not approved. Anyway, I went with my gut instinct to get a SECOND OPINION and I am glad I did. I WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST AND MY ESTIMATE IS $840.00!!!! What a difference....a ridiculous difference in cost compared to ASPEN DENTAL of $2,900.00! My insurance pays up to $1k annually. I am not going back to Aspen Dental ever, and I hope everyone is not overpaying for services where other dentists are a fraction of the cost!

I need a full mouth of implants. I'm not quite ready for the financial end. I'm actively working on my credit score which doesn't help me right now. After meeting staff, the doctor and the care specialist, we agreed upon a plan. Dentures first with implants to follow. Everyone at the Happy Valley location was very kind and encouraging. I left feeling super motivated and ready to move forward. Thank you guys!!

Great staff. This was my first visit. I had not been to a dentist in a while. I needed a lot of work done. This was just the exam, free of charge, and explained all that I need. Their finance person was great and broke it down for me and we made a plan. The only reason why not 5 stars was that the interior seemed a little run down. That is on the owner, not the wonderful staff.

I came from Michigan to see my family, and I had some horrible mouth pain…I was gotten into Aspen Dental same day I called. The dr was amazing, the staff treated me so kindly and was very helpful. I went in and found out I had an infection in my mouth, in which the dr got me all set with medication to help me with my problem. I would def recommend Aspen dental to others. I will be calling Aspen dental when I get back to Michigan to make a follow up appt with them hoping the care I receive there will be as amazing as the care i received here in Oregon.

I did not have the greatest experience here when I originally became a patient back around September/October last year. I went in for my new patient appointment and was informed that I needed multiple cavities filled. So, I set up those appointments including a teeth cleaning totaling five appointments which I had to get a special exception from my work to do (it is hard to get time off last minute at my workplace). However, on the day of my teeth cleaning I was informed they did not have a dental hygienist and had to cancel all of my appointments. I asked for them to just let me know when they got a new dental hygienist so I could make the appointments again. I understand that this was not their fault despite being upset due to the amount of pain I was in from my cavities. Well, there was some miscommunication apparently, because they started to call me on random days asking if I could come in within the next 1-2 hours. Of course I had to say no because I was at work, but turns out they put me on a wait-list instead of just informing me when they could get a new hygienist. I finally end up making the teeth cleaning appointment (which was required in order to have my cavities filled) months later due to life. I go into my teeth cleaning appointment, very excited to finally to finally proceed with the process so I can get done what I needed. To only be informed, as I was waiting in line to check in, that they would no longer take my insurance. I am in the process still of finding a new dentist (my insurance sucks and I can only go to certain locations) and still have multiple cavities that need to be filled yet. They were not rude during my visits, but very unfortunate that I could not have everything completed last year when I was suppose to and they did not help me (letting me know when they hired someone new). I'm not saying don't go there, but just know you will have to be proactive in advocating for yourself.

The staff at Happy Valley Aspen Dental are friendly and kind. They strive to be helpful and care about each patient. They work to accommodate your schedule when making appointments. They do great at making sure you understand each procedure and help to keep you calm during your entire visit.

I was not able to afford the implant procedure I needed. But they worked with me and I am able to get the bottom and top done. I like the staff, and the oral surgeon is awesome. I’ve had a great experience going here. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental!

Probably the most unprofessional customer service I've received. The moment i arrived, majority of the dentists were gossiping about clients. I sat there for about 25 minutes after they mentioned they could see me (which i proceeded to cancel my Beaverton appointment ) to tell me that they can no longer see me. i was confused and was asking questions and a dentist walked up to me and said “we said we can’t see you today.” I left feeling pretty frustrated, but save your money and go somewhere else that treats you better! P.S. The door says walk ins are welcomed, but they definitely are not welcomed unless you want to be treated poorly when asking to be seen. You are not a priority to them, FYI.
