I received excellent service! Excellent staff!! Dr. Chen and dental technicians explained thoroughly what they were doing, and what needs to be done now to avoid serious dental issues. Upon receiving my estimated treatment plan, I was not pressured to make a decision at that time. I was just told, ‘ see you next time’. Highly recommend☺️

From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile. They took Great care of my family member and I. We discussed an excellent affordable payment plan that involved both insurance and out of pocket plan. Everyone was so nice, informative and professional. That new technology was amazing to me. My first time experienced at Aspen in Garner was as perfect as it can be. I was looking for an another dentist because of insurance reasons. Reception was very nice when I arrived and very helpful. Dentist hygienist was very friendly. And they took their times to explaining everything to me on what I could get done and what my insurance will pay. The dentist was very nice and pain free today visited and he explained everything he was going to do. I was very surprised how professional this place was and very clean. I am so glad I came and would recommend Aspen Dental. I am not good remembering names but everybody was very friendly today and very helpful.

I had such a great experience! I usually never leave reviews but I was so impressed with my visit I felt they definitely deserve recognition and praise. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and needed quite a bit of work done. They were thorough and explained everything in detail. The staff are wonderful and super efficient!

Great place and they did what they said they would do. I needed a tooth extraction done. I went to another place Thursday and they weren't able to do it due to short staffing. I scheduled an appointment with Aspen later that evening, they were VERY thorough and gave me a plan to improve my teeth and extracted the tooth after giving me an option to try and save it. Everyone was EXTEMELY NICE and a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend and give them 10 stars if it allowed me to do so!

My first visit was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dentist explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The office manager was very helpful in creating a affordable plan for what I needed done. Yes I would recommend this location for your dental needs.

First time calling this office and had a WONDERFUL experience before any services when speaking with Marcia. I have never called a dental office and felt so welcomed to set a new appointment or discuss insurance like today. I mean people are professional but this young lady is not just professional, she is understanding and carries a lovely spirit!!! Thank you so much Aspen Dental😌

I’m no fan of the dentist and haven’t had the best of experiences so coming from me you can rest assured it’s true. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. The staff I encountered explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was prepared for the next step. I didn’t feel like just another dollar or you’re too old to be nervous. They gave me all the information I needed and performed a procedure same day. All in all I’d recommend them to everyone! They have a new patient in me.

Always very courteous professional make you feel at home. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the best visit and get the best treatment they have to offer. Would recommend to all my friends. Great experience and I’ll continue with my dental needs at this office
