Aspen Dental - Elkton, MD

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Having moved out of state, I was referred to Aspen Dental by a friend. Having to traveling out my city was worth making the sacrifice. I’ve was pleased with the care I received. The staff and Dr’s were very thorough and understood my dental trauma? I highly recommend this facility.

I visited Aspen for a cleaning and a crown repair. Also needed a new top partial, as my previous one from over a year ago, provided by another Dentist, did not fit. I felt rushed thru the process and was treated like a number. I won't mention the Dentist's name, but I don't feel that a thorough exam was performed by her and she didn't seem to care about listening to me. I was scheduled for a Deep Cleaning, even though I informed them that I had one within the last year. It was agreed that I didn't need one, only to find out that I was scheduled for one and asked to pay 1/2 up front, without any explanation of the estimate. Had Aspen submitted the request properly thru my insurance, they would have discovered that the Partial was covered, or maybe they did and didn't like their projected payment from the Insurance company. Telling me I would need to pay for the entire amount would have increased the fee they collected, as was the case with the deep cleaning. I canceled my next scheduled appointment and received my refund promptly. Went to another Dentist where my cleaning was covered 100% and my Insurance WOULD pay for the new Partial. My wife canceled her scheduled appointment and we went to another Dentist. Won't go back to Aspen.

9/9 my first visit I was very imptressed with Aspen's process. There was detailed explanations of all findings and procedures. The staff were friendly, the doctor that examine me was also friendly and caring. It took me a while to decide on Aspen, I'm so happy I did. I highly recommend this facility for dental care.

I went today for x-rays enroute to oral surgery and dentures in 3 weeks. Every facet of my visit was the way you'd hope it'd be. The dentist who will do the work talked to me for a good 20 minutes about everything. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental work.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try due needing specific services. We have been to several appointments now and this have gone well. I did have to wait a little longer than usual at my last appointment, but it doesn’t usually happen. The staff are all nice and not judgmental. Our insurance is a pain but they were pleasant during the whole ordeal. When it came time to discussing pricing and services, they explained everything very well and were clearly knowledgeable. So far, we are happy with our switch and we drive 45 minutes because we liked it so much.
