Aspen Dental - Cumming, GA

Everyone here at this Aspen Dental location were absolutely amazing from every aspect of my experience. Going to the dentist is a source of great anxiety for me and everyone here made me feel comfortable and calm during my visits. When I say everyone was amazing I mean every person I had any interaction with was kind and understanding every step of the way, not to mention my teeth look and feel great! I will be recommending them to anyone who needs any kind of dental work in the future!

Customer service at this location is good. It is customer friendly & they care for their clients but their NORCROSS location there are problems. They don’t have Lab tech so if you have problems with dentures you have to go to other locations to get it fixed. I would recommend Cumming location.

This office is extremely unprofessional and rude. I contacted them for their endodontist and arranged to drop off copies of x-rays for their endodontist to view. I confirmed with Nicolas in their office staff that I’d be there before 5pm to drop off the x-rays and he confirmed. Mind you their hours are open until 5pm anyway. I drove 30 minutes and pulled into the parking lot at 4:50pm. The door was locked and lights were off. I left a voicemail for the office and emailed them. They didn’t even have the decency to call or email me back to apologize. Go somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust them with my teeth when they can’t even read a clock and lack common courtesy.

After 15 months, my partial plate broke in half. Aspen Dental got me in quickly, made a new mold and in less than a week I will have a new plate. All of this was covered under a 2 year warranty. So no money out of pocket. The people are super friendly, the facility is clean and they are very accommodating.

I've had good experiences with this location. I need a new pair of uppers after about 9/10 years from the previous pair. I asked if they could literally make the same set and they did just that. Really happy with my teeth and how it makes my face look.
