From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The office was spotless and had a calming atmosphere, which helped ease any anxiety. Everything was explained to my understanding ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The care and attention to detail were top-notch, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. Highly recommend.

I am quite astonished by a recent experience involving a friend's dental emergency. My friend suffered the loss of a tooth, root included, and our dentist friend, who is from out of town, strongly recommended that it be reimplanted within 24 hours. He suggested Aspen Dental due to its provision of same-day emergency services. Although we had received negative feedback about Aspen, we decided to reach out to them. The initial contact was positive; the representative on the phone was accommodating, posed pertinent questions, and managed to secure an appointment for my friend later today. However, approximately thirty minutes later, we received a call from an unprofessional individual at the Council Bluffs office. This person asserted that if we were not interested in a comprehensive appointment, which would include x-rays and other services, we need not proceed with a visit. My friend attempted to elucidate that her primary concern was to have the tooth reimplanted as soon as possible, following the established protocols. Due to prior commitments that could not be rearranged, she indicated that she did not have the two to three hours required for a standard appointment that day, and suggested rescheduling the remainder of the examination for a later date. The response from the representative was dismissive: “If you are not going to comply, then I am canceling your appointment.” Despite my friend's urgent explanation of the situation—the time-sensitive nature of the dental emergency—the representative reiterated, “Your appointment is canceled. Have a nice day.” This incident corroborates all of the negative feedback we had previously encountered regarding Council Bluffs Aspen Dental. Given this experience, one must question the level of care and professionalism one might expect as a patient in their facility. Buyer Beware indeed.

I usually do not leave reviews, but needed to for Aspen. My wife who has medical issues, needed new dentures quickly and was scheduled same day. Upon arrival, the staff was very accommodating to her needs. From the front desk, to the assistant and dentist, all were wonderful and made sure she was comfortable with the entire process. After making impressions, she was scheduled three hours later for fitting, again staff was awesome. Two days later, she had her new dentures! We needed adjustments done the following day and was scheduled immediately. I cannot thank the entire staff enough, they have been awesome!

Chloe, Brittany, and Dr. K was who worked with me on a tooth extraction. They were very reassuring and helped calm my nerves immensely. They are a great team and I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!!

My wife had to have a tooth pulled. The entire experience was amazing. Dr. Le was amazing and took fabulous care of my wife. Doc got her in for a first time patient check, but ended up having enough time to get her tooth pulled immediately. Doc’s assistant Britney was very helpful and very kind. Great experience and we will continue to return here.
