I went to Aspen Dental in Hilliard Ohio yesterday to get a replacement fake tooth . I was almost in tears when they told me they were behind and it would be next week before I received the tooth . I had a lot of Halloween things to do and did not want to go without a tooth ! The nice young lady who did my x ray and molds said since it’s one tooth , let me see what I can do ! She talked to the tech making the tooth and the lady said hang out here until 6 to see what I can do ! So after waiting only 30 min the lady came and got me and she had made my tooth for me due to my situation ! I almost cried and hugged her and thanked her ! Everyone from finance to the tech to the Dr. and receptionists were amazing ! Great people , great atmosphere, very helpful ! Aspen dental is my favorite ! I suggest you go there for your dental needs if you want friendly helpful service ! THANK YOU Aspen Dental Hilliard Ohio !!!!
The team at aspen dental on Hilliard Rome Rd. Were polite and aaccommodating.And was able to schedule my procedure within 2 weeks of my first visit. They went above and beyond.And made sure I was informed about the whole process. I'm excited to get my dentures.
I’ve been going to aspen for about 2 years, and all my experiences have been great. Very quick and professional, I just had an extra tooth removed and 2 cavities filled! No pain whatsoever…..Thank you aspen dental ?
Great dental office! Wonderful staff and includes some of the best dentists in central Ohio! They explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step of process of my procedure. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Wait time to be seen was approximately 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and well organized office! Highly recommend Aspen for all your dental work, ex rays, cleanings and care!
Do not go here. I got my wisdom teeth removed by the foreign (Nepali?) doctor and I have PTSD because of it. He was insanely rude, awful bedside manners, absolutely did not care about me as a patient and only wanted the money. I wasn’t even fully awake when he tossed me in a wheelchair and said “here ya go” handing me over to my family. It was HORRIBLE.
I went to have a broken tooth fixed. From the receptionist that greeted me on my first visit to the last person that talked to on my way out the door of my latest appointment , everyone I came in contact with above and beyond. I was nervous to go to the dentist because it had been way too long since I had been. Chris and his staff did everything they could to put my mind at ease. If you are looking for a new dentist I encourage you to give these guys a call.
Leaving 2 stars because I initially had a good experience at Aspen Dental, but my recent interaction left me disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled, but a family emergency came up and I couldn’t make it. I made several attempts to contact the office, including leaving a voicemail the same day as my appointment, but I didn’t receive any response. Instead, I got a call 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time asking where I was. The receptionist transferred me to the office manager, Chris, and when I explained the situation, he showed zero empathy. He acted inconvenienced by the fact that I couldn’t make the appointment, and his response to my mentioning of the voicemail was incredibly rude and petty. He said, “Oh, you left a voicemail the day of your appointment, got it,” in such a dismissive tone. As someone who works in customer service, I know that this is not how you should treat a customer. I completely understand that missed appointments can be an inconvenience, but I was trying to handle the situation to the best of my ability, especially considering I had been trying to reach them since the week before. The dentist was great, but the lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff is enough to make me reconsider going back. I’ve noticed others have had similar experiences based on other reviews. Good place overall, but the customer service really needs improvement. It can make or break a business.
I think I have finally found my new dentist in Columbus. They are upfront with pricing, quick turnaround times for appointments and do good work. They actually answer your questions without beating around the bush and they don't try to upsell you. I had a molar removed and a filling in the same appointment. NO swelling or pain at all. Very happy!
It started as a good experience until I met with Chris, finance guy, once he knew he couldn’t get me financed as I’m sure he gets commission on each loan. He said he would call, never received a call even when I left 2 messages. However, he wasn’t hesitant to make claims to my dental carriers, 700+ paid so far. My advice is, don’t let them know you have insurance until you know you are fully financed.
