The staff and the dentist were absolutely fantastic. Everybody was wonderful and really patient with me because I had to be out of there by 11:30 to see my own patients at my clinic. They did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and helping me getting all the x-rays and everything else done and I am absolutely thrilled that I’m going to be a patient with this practice.

I set my appointment they called to confirm. I didn't hear the phone at first called them back within 5 mins to confirm. We were supposed to be all set. Get to my appointment they say it was cancelled. I spent 6 minutes on the phone with the lady. Travelled from Louisville. This Aspen is unorganized and unprofessional my advice go to a different location. They can rest assured I'll never come back!!!!!

I was there for an evaluation but already knew that I would have to have the rest of my teeth pulled and get dentures. The office staff were very friendly and professional ladies that know their stuff. I was ìmmediately attended to in a kind courteous manner and made the decision to get their best dentures. The paperwork was done and the price was set. Hoping for as positive an experience on the next visit.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr. C was helpful in answering questions frankly and presenting alternative options for my problem. A staff member and Dr. C even stayed WAY past closing time to accommodate me. Great people!

I was very anxious about a tooth extraction they all were so kind held my hand and talked me through it. Silly as it sounds i was having a panic attack and Jessica helped me so much without being ask, just because she saw my fear and she wanted to help ease that for me .They made me feel so much more comfortable and did a great job on my tooth. I honestly will continue to go back to this specific office because of the care they showed me. They helped me overcome a huge fear.

I have had dental issues for years. However, it culminated into 2 of my bottom teeth became loose a few months back (I am missing several other teeth already). Aspen was able to get me in within one week. Friendly staff, very relaxed environment. They worked up a plan on me getting bottom dentures and I don't have an extended weight to getting the ball rolling (I'll be getting the extractions in less than one month). This is my first experience with this office but they are making everything as easy as they can.

I made my husband an appointment through their online portal directly on their website. When we got there the entry door said Walk ins Welcome and how they will help with emergencies. My husband was an emergency case. He was in so much pain he couldn’t eat or sleep. But it didn’t matter to the two very rude and inconsiderate receptionists at the desk who told us because we failed to make the appointment online correctly they refused to see my husband. One girl couldn’t even figure out how to pull up his file and see that he was an established patient there. They made him wait 3 days to go back and be helped so this meant he spent the entire weekend in pain. Then on Monday when he went back everyone seemed to have an attitude with us and since they refused to let me go back with him, I had to wait until afterwards to hear how rude the dentist was as well. He didn’t seem to care about his patient at all or how much pain he was in. He wasn’t personable and seemed to want to get us out as quickly as he could. They treat their business like a fast food line instead of real people with real problems. Unacceptable for a dentist office.
