Aspen Dental - Cape Coral, FL

Avoid at all cost, this place is a corporate owned money grab. If your insurance only covers Aspen it’ll be cheaper to go to a private practice and pay out of pocket. I’m sure all staff are very qualified in what they do but they are under pressure to sell. It seems everyone needs a very pricey deep cleaning gum treat before proceeding w any other care. Prior to exit you are placed in a financial office and presented with crazy estimates. Long story short I obtained my X-rays and went to a private dentist. I received a great cleaning and exam. I was given a clean bill of oral health. I didn’t need a single thing ( including crowns!) that aspen was trying to sell me. Stay clear if this place it’s about $$ and nothing else.

On vacation broke my crown. They got me in with an hour. Repaired my crown and sent me on my way. They took my insurance and it was quick and got the job done fast. The office guy worked on my insurance which proved a little difficult as I'm from Maine. He got it figured out. The girls who took me in and did X-rays were very nice. The doctor was awesome had to think out of the box with my time limitations to secure my tooth enough to finish vacation get it fixed when I'm back in Maine. Thank you again that went way better than I thought it would. Everyone was professional and very nice.

I’m gonna be honest at first when I read the reviews I was a little nervous.. but making my appointments and going in person everyone was very nice and helpful. I’ve been going for almost 3 months now and they’ve helped me every step of the way. All of the doctors and hygienists are really caring and they made me feel calm through all the dental work Ive had done. Even the receptionist and finance people are very nice and they recognize me when I go in their office. I would recommend aspen they’ve really transformed my smile.

This place was a rip off. I was told that I had to have my teeth scraped because I had periodontal disease and they refused to do a Cleaning like they advertise on TV for $29. In fact, They wanted to charge me over $2000 to have my teeth scraped and cleaned. Today I went to a new dentist and I had my Teeth cleaned. I was told that my teeth were very clean and that I take very good care of them. I do not have periodontal disease or any scraping that needed to be done. Aspen Dental lost what could’ve been a new patient. And I will not recommend anyone to your facility. This is terrible how you take advantage of people and their pocketbook.

Great service. Went in with bad tooth pain, they gave me a few options other than a simple extraction. They explained all the options well and in detail. My procedure was painless and the dentist wouldn’t start the procedure until he knew I wasn’t going to feel anything. GREAT.

This one-star rating is solely for this branch at Santa Barbara, as my experience at this office was very disappointing. To improve customer/ patient satisfaction, at least I would suggest providing definitely additional training to the front desk staff. However, I received great assistance from the main corporate office and customer care team, as I reach out to them directly to get help.

Went in for tooth pain and got it checked out rather quickly and need a root canal , but once the young doctor saw me he seemed uninterested in actually figuring out when we can do the root canal, could be a racial thing which is not surprising in Florida, I’m a conservative black American I had to run in after 3 and a half weeks and get my X-rays and switch dentists because I heard nothing from them. I recommend if your a black American avoid this office because unfortunately that’s the way life is for us in some places. Go where you’re wanted and taken care of, Don’t let inbred generational ignorance stop you from getting what you need in this country in abundance.

Nothing but scammers, they want to sell services. Very cringe experience, the salesman sits in the room with the dentist prior to the “sale”. I would suggest Dr George Hoop and Total Dental Solutions for great services and fair prices. Don’t waste your time or money on Aspen Dental…they are after your money and are not concerned with patient care.
