I had a pleasant visit in this clinic. I got scheduled right away for my treatments. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my needs. The dentist explained to me what treatments are recommended. The hygienist did a thorough job of deep cleaning. The dentist who did my treatment did so smoothly and competently without a hitch.

My dental technician, Rachel, was amazing—so gentle and thorough. The entire team, from the receptionist to the last coordinator, made my visit more than great. They offer many financial options, which is a relief, and their equipment is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Every member of staff was caring and competent. I am visiting from the UK and Logan Nelson and his team extracted my tooth. During my time at Aspen Dentistry I had absolute confidence in every employee. After the procedure I had no discomfort, swelling or bleeding and am 100% satisfied with the service I received. Only come here if you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes on the phone several times over and over. Save yourself the frustration and time and go literally anywhere else. My FIL received bills from a procedure that occurred well over a year ago. The billing department was billing the incorrect insurance, ok I call and speak to corporate who “corrects” the situation. We receive another bill, this time because the local office kept on filing the claim incorrectly despite there being preexisting notes from corporate with all the information they could possibly need. And guess what? It happens again! THREE TIMES. I have been calling and each time it’s a ridiculous wait and I am told they are “busy assisting other customers”. Well of course! When it comes to maximizing profits and avoiding taking responsibility for their actions, Aspen is the place to go.

Extremely professional and helpful. The doctor was very informative and explained everything in great detail. I could tell he really cared. My dental assistant was very kind and funny. Even the office staff were great! I got my cleaning today and scheduled for their aligners this week! The whole office was exceptional!

Today was my first time ever going to Aspen Dental. Everyone was very polite and all procedures went smoothly. Dr was very polite. And the young man who I spoke with before leaving about my dental plan was very nice and friendly and explained how everything would work. Office staff was very upbeat and friendly, and all were smiling. Service was on time (actually early) and I was pleased with the speed I saw a dentist, his decision and my early release from the Dental center.
