It was a great experience the minute I walked through the door. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I felt like I had been there for years, as apart of the Aspen Dental family. I had such a thorough exam, and everything was explained to me with such clarity, that I know have a much better understanding of my teeth, bones, etc... I am so thrilled that a made the change I did! For the first time in my dental experiences, I feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Everyone I dealt with at this location were very friendly and very polite. I give customer service 5 stars. I only gave 4 stars because they were kinda pricey. Although going into this with no insurance, I received a second opinion and the price was more than 75% less than the quote Aspen gave me. Overall a great experience though

All of the workers are so kind, gentle and make you feel so comfortable. VERY informative every step of the way and they have payment plans for if you don't have insurance (me) with very affordable payments. Overall a 10/10 experience with Aspen Dental in Auburn MA

This location has a good team that keeps it running with good service. They follow through with thier promise of emsuring your dentures are ready to go if something happens to them. My dentures happened to break in half. I brought them in to be repaired and had them back within 24 hrs. Free of charge! All with a smile. Not to shabby

I had an appointment scheduled today. When I arrived, receptionist checked me in. Then a few minutes later I was called to the desk to be informed that their office isn’t “taking new patients”, even though my insurance company assigned me to their office, and they literally have a sign on the front window that says “accepting new patients”. Then I was told by the same woman that they don’t accept Delta Dental, which on the corporate site, states that they do. I felt wronged in every way, and if this was the case I should have received a call a week ago when I made the appointment before going in to the office. Corporate needs to pay this office a visit.
