I woke up with major tooth pain and got in right away. The X-rays were quick and dentist was honest and awesome. Some dentist try to sell you on something you have no idea if you have or not. Not here. They want to shove and help you feel better. I will for sure be back again. The whole staff were amazing. Thank you

PROS: The people are nice. That's it CONS: The business. I went in having some teeth pain. They took X-Rays and told me that I would need a root canal. When going over the details they quoted me $6,000 for this procedure in addition to getting a crown. They signed me up for Care Credit and moved me along. Gave me a cleaning, which I thought was a standard process. It was not. They failed to tell me while I was there that this was a deep cleaning that involved using their most expensive products. I left with no paperwork and just the sour taste of medicine and a fat bill in my mouth. Upon further research I learned the average root canal procedure under the worst case scenario with all of the fees ( and WITHOUT insurance) is still under $2,000. A crown is an additional $1,700. That is roughly $3,700 all said and done. ( without insurance ) So why does this facility want to charge me $6k? Well that "deep clean" they provided was another $1,300. It wasn't until after I called them to cancel all of my future appointments and procedures that they told me my gums had a slight infection. While I was present, they simply said " your gums are angry." A regular teeth clean should not exceed $200. But again, this was a "Deep Clean." I was not made aware of the charges until after my anxious phone call the next day. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE THAT PREYS ON THOSE IN NEED. Again, the people were kind and explained things very well AFTER I CALLED because again- I left there with no paperwork or explanation of anything that was discussed. The business as a practice is what I have an issue with. I'd rather not go into 2 years of debt for a scummy business practice. It really felt like they ran my available Care Credit and said " let's take him for everything we can get ."

The staff was friendly, warm & knowledgeable from the start. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while & had fears surrounding being judged or talked down to. They didn’t do that at all, the Dentist told me the work I needed & they helped me figure out additional financing, and got me an even better deal before my next visit. I had a root canal & everyone from the awesome Endodontist, Assistants & Dentist explained what they were doing during my procedures & calmed my nerves. It was the best experience I have ever had at the Dentist.

The people here at Aspen Dental are truly amazing. They made me feel welcome and cared for. Allison walked me through the entire process of what I needed done and also helped me to find a financing plan that worked best for me. I cannot thank the people at Aspen Dental enough for all they’ve done.

Went to this dentist on Friday. And so I thought that since I could not go see my dentist I would come to see to Aspen dental. Yeah never again will I be going to Aspen dental. They wanted to charge me 5300.00 for services I did not need. I did not need a root canal, or a deep cleaning. All I needed was a crown. I did get to go to my dentist 815.00 is what it cost me for my crown. Hugh price difference.
