Ascent Family Dentistry: Dr. Taylor Heinlein

Upon arrival I had to wait just a few minutes. Went to the chair and had a chip fixed, followed by an exam. After the exam waited for just a few more minutes until the cleaning chair was available. As cleaning was just getting started the lights went out, (no power). I’m thinking I hope they come back on! As we all waited the power does in fact come back on. I got the best clean I could have ever asked for! Thank you all for your time, Great job!

I have been trusting my dental health to Ascent Dentistry for a long time, in fact long enough to be on my third primary doctor - over twenty years. I will gladly recommend Ascent. When a piece of my tooth broke off, I was able to send an email about it to the Ascent Family Dentistry office. Becky got back to me that same day with a suggested appointment time. Before the appointment, the old filling from that same tooth popped out! I was worried that Dr. Heinlein would not have enough left to work with, and I would lose the tooth altogether. When I arrived, the staff got me in right away. Stacy took an X-ray and impressions. Dr. Heinlein got to work after a little chat that helped me to relax. Before I left, Dr. Heinlein and Stacy had prepared the area, created and inserted a temporary crown, and had taken impressions to use for the final crown. And Becky helped me to arrange the payments. So, they made it all better. I will still have a tooth in that spot. Not only that, all of the staff there have beautifully friendly personalities. It popped into my mind that I wish I could make an appointment there just to hang out with them for a while!

Awesome as always! They are wonderful service providers. Always making sure you are comfortable no matter what procedure you are having done. I drive an hour into the city because they are the best! Highly recommended!
