Art of Cosmetic Dentistry

I was billed double for two separate visits equating to $800 each and had I not looked at my bank statement it would have never been caught. I had to call the office twice to get connected with someone to explain the billing issue and after further explanation, there was no apology or urgency in the matter. Instead it was "I have to contact the owner". Furthermore, I was not notified when they "reversed the charge" - instead I had to call back twice to receive confirmation that they rectified the issue - and after their response to this review. Also, double billing patients is not a valid excuse to providing patients with "technology". That should be a given. I've lost all trust in this practice, and as a result, will no longer be a patient. They ruined this practice.

I’ve been to ~4 dentists around the Atlanta and metro Atlanta area over the past 10 years. Dr. Jaipaul is the BEST dentist hands down. She‘s extremely skilled, kind, and gave me a new crown that looks even better (and more natural) than my old tooth. I’m pretty averse to the dentist as well, typically when it comes to novocaine, but the team there is so good that my aversion has disappeared. I wish I discovered them sooner! Never changing dentists again.

Great dental experience from beginning to end. Everyone has been so kind and helpful getting me scheduled to come in on a short notice. The dental exam was very thorough which I appreciate very much. Great first time experience.

Very nice and friendly staff!! I called to inquired about getting an in office whitening and spoke to Sieeda (sorry if i spelled it incorrectly) and she was extremely nice and thorough about the process. I will definitely be going to get this procedure next week.

Art of Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing from the minute to walk in to the minute you leave. Dr. Steph and the new team are incredible additions to the team under the new ownership and they make you feel comfortable, never rushed and super valuable. I was in the middle of my Invisalign treatment when the practice changed ownership and it was incredibly smooth and seamless and I can't take them for making a stressful moment so much easier. I highly recommend Dr. Steph and the entire team at Art of Cosmetic Dentistry.
