I’ve been coming here two years; every 6 months & have had two root canals, and two filings and this place is just the best. Great cleaning, super quick, super professional and most of all they’re welcoming! Thanks Dr. Jessi!

I’ve been going to Dr. Jessi for years and just love her. She’s very personable and did a great job on the filling I needed.

They said I needed $4000 work done on my teeth. I went back to an old dentist for a second opinion. Nothing wrong at all. Not even a cavity.

I’ve been a patient here for years; it’s been an overall positive experience until my most recent cleaning. I was already in the chair when the assistant told me there was no doctor on-site to do my exam, but that he would look at my X-rays “over the weekend” and they would call if he noticed any issues (I was there on a Tuesday — just before Thanksgiving, but still, I shouldn’t be waiting that long). My teeth were in great shape according to the hygienist, but there was a mark on one of them that came up on the X-Ray, as well as sensitivity in the same vicinity of that tooth. She said it didn’t look like a cavity, but I had no way of confirming that without a dentist to do the exam. With the sensitivity still present on Monday, I called to follow up about my X-ray, and the woman on the phone said the doctor confirmed it wasn’t a cavity, and the sensitivity was probably from the hygienist getting a lot of buildup off that tooth. But there are three problems with that: (1) There’s still the seemingly unexplained blotch on the X-ray, (2) the hygienist said I had very little buildup and (3) the sensitivity was there before she did my cleaning. I explained that and she just kept repeating what the doctor said. They clearly don’t care to give my questions the attention they deserve, despite me being a loyal patient for years. They should also have the consideration to have a doctor on-site for all appointments that require them, or at least call people to notify them that a doctor won’t be available, so the patient has the option to reschedule. I know enough now about this practice that I won’t be coming back.
