My experience was pleasant considering what I went in for (4 wisdom tooth extraction). Everyone was kind and inviting. The girls all knew what they were doing and moved quick around the surgical room. Dr. K.lines was kind and funny. There was no count down for when I should start feeling sleepy which I actually liked because I suffer from anxiety and because there was no expectation, it didn’t matter. Thank you Dr. Lines for calling and checking on me later the same evening after my procedure. I didn’t know doctors do that. Today is day 2 and pain in a tolerable and the hard part is done. You all have been amazing. Thank you for the positive experience.

Got my wisdom teeth removed today by surgeon Gary K. Lines…the best experience ever! Made me laugh because he is hilarious. He even called later that evening to check & see how everything was going post operation! Wow!! Also the office staff is very nice and professional, provided great care.

Dr. Hoaglin and anyone who will be physically working on your teeth is great. For me it was an in and out job nothing extremely painful in fact I didn't feel anything at all and my recovery is going great my face didn't even swell. I will say the front desk needs help with their customer service and its not all of them, whoever greats you when you first walk in is great its the ones that you deal with on the other side of the door is lacking they don't explain things properly and they rush you.

Dr. Lines and his office was very professional. My husband has dementia and they handled him like a pro. They were very respectful of us both. We never had to wait long for any appointment. They always ran on time. They explained everything so we could both understand. Dr. Lines did the post and abutment for my husband and my husband never had any pain afterwards. So happy with the whole procedure.

I had an initial visit and assessment of the plan to eventually add two implants. Due to bone loss i will need a sinus lift, donor bone then wait in order to implant anchors. Was very happy with the entire assessment. The staff were very friendly and professional. Will recommend to all.
