Dr Hicks and his team are absolutely incredible. Very courteous and professionally, yet caring and patient. Their staff will do everything they can to help you accomplish your goals. Especially with dental anxiety, the staff is very understanding and patient. The experience was significantly less stressful than expected and pretty pleasant. Won’t go anywhere else.

Aquila Dental Office has the most professional and thorough staff I have ever experienced (besides my brother's own dental office in Bellingham Washington) in all my years in going to the dentist. The staff is professional, polite, and helpful. They accept various insurances and always help me book the ideal appointment time. I was particularly impressed by my dental hygienist Emily, who was meticulous and gentle. Thank you again to each staff member at Aquila Dental Office for always making my dental work easy and painless.

As a patient for over two years, I've had a mixed experience. Positives: The dental services provided were good, ensuring proper oral health care. The staff were friendly, which made visits more pleasant. Negatives: 1. Patient mix-up - The clinic scheduled the wrong patient with the same name as me under my chart. This type of error is concerning and could potentially lead to issues if not caught. 2. Billing errors - The billing department incorrectly attempted to charge me directly multiple times instead of billing my insurance for an ortho procedure. This was eventually resolved. 3. Excessive upselling - During dental procedures, there were constant attempts to upsell services like Invisalign and other products while I was in the dental chair. While the quality of dental care was good and the staff were friendly, the administrative and sales issues have significantly impacted my overall experience and I am now going to a different dentist. I would caution potential patients to be vigilant about their appointments, billing, and to be prepared for sales pitches during visits. The positive aspects of good dental care, nice facility, and friendly staff are noteworthy, but the organizational problems detract from what could otherwise be an excellent dental practice.

I had a consultation for Invisalign with Dr. Higgs and his team, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The office was beautiful and clean. Dr. Higgs was very thorough and helped me pinpoint the exact reason for my teeth alignment issues, especially after visiting two other specialists who couldn’t determine the cause. I highly recommend Aquila Dental and Dr. Higgs for anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable and professional dental team.
