Aqua Dental Wellness

I had a great experience at Aqua Dental. It began with a ten minute session in the massage chair, followed by a cleaning and polishing of my teeth. Monica always does a very thorough cleaning, polishing and inspection of my teeth and gums. Dr. Swanlund looked over my X-rays and checked over my teeth and mouth.

Great first and second experience! Receptionist, hygienist and both dentists very friendly and helped me feel comfortable and welcomed. They are knowledgable, thorough and appreciate them giving me explanations. Will continue to come here :)

Dr. Daniella Battaglia is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She is lovely and so kind. She makes sure that you’re comfortable and is educated in her treatment and advice for preventative care. The rest of the staff is also great. 10/10 experience always

Just started going here just over a year ago. These folks are GREAT. I had a reaction to the white resin filling that resulted in a painful situation. The front desk lady on my case in particular, negotiated (which was probably a lot more convincing/arguing) with my insurance company that resulted in a gold crown. The result was SO MUCH BETTER. Dr.Battaglia explained the whole process and any/all risks associated with it. The fact that a gold crown would be more sensitive for the first 3 weeks to a month, and all the potential risks. And the work? Dr.Battaglia and her assistant Shane were so fluid that they barely spoke a word to eachother during the procedure. I actually made a joke that they had a psychic connection. I cannot speak highly enough about this crew. From the receptionists, to the dentists, to the assistants. You will not be disappointed. I felt like I was cared for. Y'all keep doing what you're doing, because that, is taking care of your people. Thank you! Edit: In response to your asking what I like best about your buisness; There is no one specific thing. It's really a combination of all the things I mentioned. The way your staff fought with my insurance company to help get my claim processed, the very knowledgeable dentists and assistants, the care taken while having my teeth cleaned (not one poke or bloody gum), the very new and up to date equipment you use. One thing that did stand out was there was a great team culture. Your staff, I was going to say seemed genuinely happy, but I could tell that they were in fact all genuinely happy, and genuinely happy to help. It's something any buisness should aspire to.

Everyone is sooo spectacular here. The staff is super awesome and very welcoming. They put you at ease from the moment you walk is the door. The dentists are soft, gentle and take their time with you. I have a genuine fear of dentists and they put me at ease right away and walked me through everything they were doing and needed to do. It was relatively painless. They have to be great, I went back!!! 😉
