Apple Tree Dental

My appointment at Apple Tree Dental today was amazing! ?? They, did a great job on cleaning my teeth, giving me advice of how to keep my teeth cleaned, great communication skills, and also the physician and doctor that work on my teeth today. They were definitely also polite. I recommend anyone who wants to get their teeth done to go to Apple tree dental ?. Thank You all for making my smile brighter! ???

I want to write that when you work with children, you need to have a calling, and not have a goal - to earn money... after we unknowingly canceled the our appointment not 24 hours in advance but 8 hours in advance, my child was blacklisted. And thus, in a difficult situation for him with pain due to a lump on his gum, when he needed a doctor, they refused to help us! They refused to accept my son to provide assistance. We were forced to urgently seek other help! Would real doctors do this? Never ! a clinic with unacceptable rules. Not helping a child is the height of horror!

I gave you five stars before but today I give you one star or maybe less the reason was I had an appointment in November you guys called me to change my appointment you said the reason was that there was no provider on that date because you gave me the appointment on a holiday I asked you when is my new appointment will be you said MAY you gave me 6 months, so you want me to do my checkup after the year and it's your damn fault if you don't know how to take appointment on the top of that the receptionist wasn't friendly. It seems you don't like my business I will take my business somewhere else. You need to manage your business better. People have plans and lives and take responsibility for their mistakes. You don't throw me 6 months later.

They are busy because they're in demand so you might have to wait a few weeks for routine care, especially if you request a specific dentist or hygienist. For emergency situations they are usually able to see you that day. They are thorough and explain things well and offer different options to suit your needs while considering cost estimates. I have no insurance and they have a sliding scale fee based on income. Reception is very patient, polite and respectful.

I'm pretty sure nobody likes going to the dentist for anything and it takes a lot of courage to just try and make an appointment to go see one. I called to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction and was told they don't except any "new" patients unless you are the age of 65+ or have a "special" case. Was told to go to a different clinic. Maybe they work around referrals? True or not, I wouldn't be wasting my time calling here if you are "new". I wouldn't write this review if they had mentioned this on their website which I cannot find anything in regards to this.
