Apex Endodontics of Las Vegas

They are a really nice persons and very friendly, always with a smile in their faces but I had to cancel my appointment, because they wanted to charge me $220.00 I told them that I had 2 insurance, but they told me that I had to pay anyway; so I called at my insurance company and they told me that I don’t have to pay anything! So,That’s why I canceled my appointment with Apex Endodontics.

Dr. Tai did an excellent job with my two root canal. He was so kind and patient with me. Very knowledgeable with his expertise. I don’t feel any pain or anxious about everything. He’s the best Endodontics doctor in Vegas together with his assistant Ms. Kase. Also, all the staffs are so nice and accommodating with all your needs. They make you feel comfortable during the procedure. The place is well sanitized, clean and organized. Highly recommended to those patients or individual that looking for the best endodontics.

Initially came for my daughter root canal procedure and noticed how thorough Dr. Tai was on explaining the process along the way. This made me feel that my daughter was in good hands. This very same day I came in for my own personal consultation and confirmed I also need a root canal procedure as well and scheduled for the following week. Received a call from the office the next day informing me that they had a cancellation and got my procedure done the following day. This made me feel so happy knowing that they kept me in mind as they knew I was in pain. Overall my experience here was amazing you can really tell that all the employees love working together and know what team work is all about. The scheduling is easy and everyone in the office is nice, and accommodating. Dr. Tai is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me, the X-ray results, the procedure and some concerns that need to be addressed. He answered all my questions and gave me options on what to do next.

Dr Tai is definitely a master of his craft. His efficiency and skill are extraordinary. I went in for my first root canal so I was a bit apprehensive and worried. He explained everything to me and that made me feel much better. I mentioned to him that I have claustrophobia and he was very accommodating with my request about not wanting a block in my mouth. Having too many things in my mouth at once makes me feel very uncomfortable. I had a difficult case, having a molar with 4 roots, but he surely made it seem like it was just another day. His assistant Emily was also very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone including the people at the front desk were great. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Dr Tai and Emily! Came into Apex Endodontics for the first time by a referral for a root canal on my back row tooth. I’ve gotten one before at my previous dentist and I was not looking forward to it as it took over 3 hours and a scheduled follow up. However, this visit left me almost speechless at how great it went. Not only were the dental hygienist and assistant really kind and funny (and Spanish friendly too!), Dr. Tai himself was an incredibly funny and skilled man who finished my actual root canal in just 20 minutes !! (1 hour for the entire procedure from start to end). They all made sure to provide plenty of anesthesia and tested that I was properly numb before starting which I really appreciated as it made the procedure practically painless. The comparison from my last root canal to this one is so drastic that I never could’ve imagine a root canal to be so easy here. I’m extremely satisfied and would for sure come back myself if needed in the future.
