A root canal is not something I was looking forward to, but my experience at Apex was so comfortable that I realized I had absolutely nothing to worry about it. Dr. Jack and his entire staff were respectful, kind and highly informative. The procedure went beautifully and quickly. I recommend them with pleasure!!!

I was referred to Apex Endodontics by my dentist. I was dealing with a sinus infection for quite some time which ended up being an infection from my tooth. Dr Jack was patient and took the time to explain his recommendation for a root canal and how it would help clear up my infection. This was my first root canal, as you can imagine I was very nervous. Honestly, this was the BEST dental experience I have ever had! I can say that I literally had no pain. The staff was so accommodating in every way. The professionalism and caring manner was top-notch! I never felt rushed or stressed in anyway, I left the office feeling blessed and hopeful. Thank you for making a dental procedure amazing! Excellent service in all areas!!! Woke up at 5:30 in the morning with severe pain and in need of a root canal. After a quick call from my dentist, Larissa made the arrangements to get me later that in the day. For the procedure, Teresa and Dr. Jack were OUTSTANDING! Literally a painless experience, to include the initial shots for numbing. By 2:30 I was home and on my way to recovery. I couldn’t be more grateful for Apex!! They are a friendly and accommodating staff, and provide a relaxing, and comfortable environment. Again, it was an all-around fantastic experience-especially considering the circumstances! Zero pain during the procedure, and my comfort was a top priority for them. I really felt that they truly cared about me and understood the pain that I was going through. Everyone in the office truly cared and understood the pain that I was going through and the importance of getting me in as soon as possible to resolve the situation. This isn’t just a business, this is a top-notch example of patient care. I highly recommend Apex for any of your specialized dental needs. My wife had the exact same procedure done with Dr. Crepps a few months ago and said she was “awesome.”

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Crepps and her assistant Richelle! My whole treatment experience has been excellent and relaxing. I would even go as far as to say heartwarming! They're soothing and explained everything to me and took time to discuss other dental issues with me. If only all dental (endodontics) experiences were like these, I would not hesitate going to have dental work performed. Ladies, please keep up the excellent work and patient care!

I would like to thank Dr. Jack for his excellent care. My husband needed an emergency root canal, and not only did Dr. Jack see him with less than 1 hour notice, but Dr. Jack and his staff stayed late on a Friday afternoon to ensure that the surgery was done. Kindness is at the forefront of this practices values, and the excellent service and dentistry is simply amazing. My husband left the office with zero pain, and said that it was the most painless dental work he had ever had done. Dr. Jack talked him through every step of the surgery, discussed all the options, and they made a decision together as to the best path forward for his care. Dr. Jack had also cared for me on a part root canal issue, and although I have a healthy fear of dentistry and needles, he was so warm and caring that I left feeling relaxed. We can’t recommend Dr. Jack, Cheryl, and the rest of the staff at Apex Endodontics enough. We will be their clients for life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
