After years of searching I finally found my forever dentist! I’ve been so impressed with the care I’ve received and the kindness and patience of the staff in the office. Special shout-out to John for being an incredible patient advocate! I recommend them to any one and everyone looking for a new provider.

The worst customer service and leadership in the dental industry. My wife and I have been patients here for years. I had a change in my dental insurance and called in March when the changed occurred and they assured me that they accepted my new insurance. I have an appointment scheduled in 4 days and they call to ask for my new insurance which I previously had given when I called in March. They said "Oh I am sorry we no longer accept that insurance since April." When I asked why they did not alert us of the change they could not provide an answer. I asked to speak to the regional manager and the regional manager should be ashamed of themselves. They told the front desk lady that she was in meetings all day and could not speak to me. So I said okay how about tomorrow. I was told "oh we aren't in the office tomorrow." The regional manager should not be a regional manager if she cannot spend a few minutes to call a long time patient to discuss my concerns. Absolutely the worst customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST! Bunch of corporate people who do not care for their patients.

I moved to providence and had to find a dentist after not going for a few years. I was terrified to go, but I have to say this is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Always warm, welcoming, and non judgmental. They are very professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to switch dentists or if you haven’t been in awhile and are nervous to go.

I've been a loyal patient since 2015. Yes, staff is different than when it was back then; however, they are still committed to providing the best dental services to their patients. My teeth were awful before I was a patient with them, and now they're better and I feel taken care of. They truly care. They are on top of their customer service especially with reminders.

I have severe anxiety with dentist visits. I know many people don't "like" the dentist but I don't LIKE the dentist. That is until I found Angell Street Dental. Dr. DePetrillo was so kind and calm. He made me feel normal and comfortable. I had a second visit for a cleaning today and the hygienist was one of the most likeable and friendly person I have ever met. She was quick, took care, made me laugh and will hopefully be at Angell Street Dental for a while as I will never go anywhere else. Amazing group of professionals.

Dawn was my hygienist and she was amazing. She was thorough with the cleaning, knowledgeable, and funny which made my (typically dreaded) appointment enjoyable. Dr. Liu is the kind of dentist who isn’t going to sell you on superfluous things that you do not need. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about oral health which is much appreciated. He also spent time answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!!

Nancy and Dr. Lu both had great bedside manner, and were both super knowledgeable regarding the dental exam and equipment. I asked a ton of questions. The rest of the staff were kind and friendly, too, which I really appreciated. Bathroom was spacious and very clean when I brushed before my appointment. The office was punctual with timing. We got through the visit thoroughly yet efficiently. Love the medical art and art made by patients all around the office and exam rooms. I look forward to coming back!
