Andrew Thompson, DMD

Even if I'm one of the few unlucky ones to experience Dr. Thompson's rude demeanor, I'm compelled to share my negative experience. Dr. Andrew Thompson is nothing but a condescending doctor who shows neglect and incredible insensitivity. The lack of clear communication and proper explanation left me feeling confused and uninformed about my own dental health. My overall experience is incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone seeking quality dental care.

Dentists make me nervous esp injections, I can’t handle that pain even when they topically numb you, I still feel that pinching pain. I had two cavities filled and I did not feel the injections at all! And I also had all 4 of my wisdom teeth here and it went smoothly, and both dentists were nice and explained everything thoroughly before the procedures. I brought both my toddlers in for their first visit and the staff were so nice; they explained everything and every tool to my kids and did not force anything and were very gentle with them and used play to explain what they were doing.

Best dentist and staff I’ve been to. Very professional, always quick and efficient. The staff is all very friendly and I love the reminders of upcoming appointments since I’m kind of a spazz. Highly recommend visiting if you are in need of work.

By far my best dental experiences have been with Dr. Thompson and Dr. Seeger. They work so fast and with so much care. Not to mention the rest of the staff at the office is always very friendly and efficient.

Drs. Thompson and Seeger at TenderCare Dental really do have gentle hands! They and their staff are kind, thoughtful, patient listeners that go the extra mile to tend to their patients. TenderCare is the best dental practice I've ever experienced.
