I came in yesterday for a tooth extraction and I was TERRIFIED, but the staff was very nice and it went so well. All I got was the basic numbing and I felt fine! It’s day 2 of healing and I already feel so much better. They did a great job and it was fast and easy. The wait was longer than the actual procedure which I actually appreciated since I was so nervous for the operation itself. If I ever need another tooth pulled I’m definitely going to come back here.

This dentist is money laundering!! My grandkids were sent to him and he wanted to charge close to $500.00. They have commercial & Medicaid insurance. When regular dentist was contacted their office stated they had gotten multiple complaints about this situation. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Friendly.. absolutely! But make sure they are in your network. Cause they don't. I pay for insurance through work and I get 2 free cleanings a year.. Well they told me they accept my insurance . After my appointment I get a bill for over 200.00 for a cleaning that should have been free.. The lady on the phone says they dont tell them if your in their network up front. My daughter is a Dental Assistant and she says that they know up front and at her place of employment they let people know before they do any work on you. That would have been nice.

First dentist to fix my teeth the ways no other dentist would. Get appointments quick and easy with this dentist. Which is good for anyone that likes quick and easy. They care , not only about the teeth but their patients themselfs. They where honest and straight up about insurance and what covers and what don’t. Positive attitudes and great service. This is the dentist I will go to for the rest of my life. No other one could possibly be better. I Suggest this dentist

This is the one of the worst dentist office that I have ever came into contact with. Why? Because on February 14, 2023 Dentist Andrew G. Richard diagnosed me with having an absessed tooth in my tooth #15. Mr. Richard told me that if I do not get this tooth taken care of as soon as possible that it would kill me , though when I needed to know exactly what his professional opinion was about the next exact steps that needed to be taken with my absessed tooth, he walked in and out of the room that I was in at least 3 different times, in the end he made one of his assistant's explain things to me. God bless her soul, but as she was speaking to me, it was obvious that she was very nervous about explaining things to me. Mr. Richard came back in the room that I was in and stated I am here for your health, but then when I asked him is your staff going to call my insurance company to inquire about what will be covered, for example and extraction, etc. Mr. Richard then stated , no that's your job. I then asked his entire staff by calling them on the phone for 2 days straight, and them constantly giving me the run around, after I contacted my insurance company to ask them what they cover to resolve my absess tooth , " is Mr. Richard going to resolve my absess tooth by extracting it out of my mouth? " Their response was no." Instead they continued to give me the run around, and gave me an oral surgeon to go to, which I cannot get into them until almost the end of May of 2023. I contacted this dentist again after I found out this information about not gettting into see the oral surgeon until May, "is your dentist going to prescribe me antibiotics and pain medicine for my absess tooth until May?" Front desk staff said no we are not." My next comment was, "Dr. Richard specifically told me in the office that if I do not get this resolved as soon as possible that I can die from this, and that he is here for my health." Again, front desk said," sorry we are not going to do anything else for you." I then told her, " its aweful how your office staff has and if still treating me." "This is neglect and abuse to me."

Dr. Richard is hands down the best dentist I've ever had manage my dental care. I'm one of those that is very sensitive to pain and deeply AFRAID to go to the dentist. He and his staff are professionals of the highest caliber and his work stands above anyone I've ever been to for my dental needs. I had to have some pretty extensive dental work and not only was it pain free during the visit, but after I got home and the numbness wore off, I had minimal aching. I took a couple of ibuprofen the day of the visit and a couple the next day and that was it. I healed fast and with his steady hand and gentle demeanor, pain wasn't an issue for me. He is a true master of his craft.
