Visited here for the first time after an unpleasant experience at my last dentist (a clinic). Everyone here is so wonderful! Very kind. Very calm. I don't "enjoy" going to the dentist, but I would almost call this an enjoyable experience. I saw a great knowledgeable dentist and assistant. They were very gentle, yet thorough. I felt like I was treated as a person, instead of "next." I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to this dentist for years and I always have a pleasant experience. Lisa the front desk attendant is so friendly and pleasant I can always get an appointment when needed. Dentist is amazing I have had two root canals and several fillings and she has done amazing every step of the way I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work to come in. Thanks again keep doing an amazing job

It is easy to get in for appointments and I do feel the Dr and hygienist's were competent. This does not overcome some very large deficits however. On my first appointment I was taken back quickly after checking in and had x-rays done within five minutes. I then waited for 53 minuets for the Dr to come in to the room despite being told multiple times she would be in "within ten minutes" Side note, all while having plug in air fresheners pushing out the max scent in the lobby and in the exam room I got to wait almost an hour in. When I came in for the fillings the front office staff overcharged me on March 1st and it has taken five phone calls and 11 weeks to have the monies returned. There are many other offices in the area I would suggest finding ones that conduct themselves in a more professional and competent manner.

I haven’t been to a dentist in over 10 years. I ended up cracking g a filling. And needed one. I googled and made an appointment. It was the best decision. My first visit my anxiety was in full force. But the staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and reassured me they would take it slow at my pace. The biggest part no judgement. If you’re nervous or haven’t seen a dentist in a few years. This is a great place.

After being a long time patient at this Dental Office. I have decided to no longer come to this location. Over the years ownership and management have changed only for the worst. The Customer Service Experience was absolutely horrible my last visit here. The quality of work is below average and communication is lacking. Management are always looking for money and do not care for patients at all. Do yourself the favor, and look elsewhere.

I’ve had some work done that was extremely difficult and it was handled exceptionally well and with high quality. They also only refer you to the best specialists. I would refer this practice to anyone. Great dentists here!

The receptionist Lisa was the most unpleasant person to talk to over the phone. I called in asking for follow up paperwork and she was acting as if I was wasting her time. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but regardless no human being should be speaking to people the way she did. I feel bad for new patients calling in and having to deal with her stank attitude. Talk about first impression.
