Amazing Smiles

Wonderful place for the whole family my kids are so comfortable with the Dr. And the front staff is so sweet and genia is always going above and beyond when my child has had issues needing to get in she is very professional and treats you like family always remembers your name and greets you as soon as you walk through the door she's always smiling and pleasant so glad we found this little gem.

As many dentists there are in OK, I have struggled to find an A+ experience. But after navigating through 4 different dentists that all came highly recommended the past 2 years, Dr. Chang and staff at Amazing Smiles receives my vote. Office staff: pleasant to speak to on phone and pleasant demeanor to customers. Great customer service. Dr. Chang: professional and offers amazing patient service. Professional and pleasant bedside manner to patients Diagnosis and treatment: thoroughly explains what treatment is needed and why. Treatment experience was very comfortable and my teeth and my husband’s teeth feel great. Time spent at office: shorter than I expected. Office cleanliness: Very clean and organized. Compared to the other 3 recommended dentists: office staff was nicer, great and thorough hygienist, and less expensive treatments compared to what other dentists offered.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Kelly and Dr. Jeffreys. I have a child with extra needs and Miss Kelly was not only accommodating and kind and courteous but took the time to make me feel comfortable with the cleaning and a few fillings he needs. My older child was also treated with kindness and a gentle touch from everyone!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Outstanding staff and doctor!!

Dr. Chang is amazing! The staff and dentists are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. I used to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Chang and his staff have changed all of that. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. The wait time is little to none unlike other dentists offices in the area. All around great experiences every time I'm in. Also they've transformed my smile into something I can be proud of. 5 stars just isn't enough to express how awesome Amazing Smiles is!!

I took my nephew into Amazing Smiles for his cleaning. This was my second visit to the dental practice. The first visit was wonderful, even my nephew sang the praises of the dental assistant. However, this visit was below expectations. First, the dental assistant was in a bad mood and she was unpleasant. This mood was on her face and voice. Additionally my nephew said the cleaning was rough. After the cleaning she and I spoke regarding to the next appointment and I explained I wanted the appointment to be in December when school was not in. She took issue with that as well. The other issue that I had was that my nephew said his mouth was gritty. She did not allow him to rinse his mouth. She just told him that his mouth would feel better once he brushed his teeth. It was around 11am or so when the cleaning was completed. My nephew was not going home, he was going back to school. If she did not want the rinsing of his mouth to occur in the patient area, I am not sure why she did not suggest the bathroom. He was given a toothbrush and toothpaste upon leaving the office. I had to go to Sprouts, purchase a bottle of water and let him go into the bathroom to brush his teeth. I not only completed this Google Review but I reviewed my visit upon leaving. I have not heard from anyone at Amazing Smiles. If the organization is not responding to customer complaints what is the purpose of asking for the feedback.
