Alpha Dental Whitehall

Alpha Dental has overcharged me more than $500. This happened in May. I had to call almost 20 times before I was ever allowed to speak with the billing department. Once with the billing department it took them 2 months just to review my claim. Then I was approved for a check to be mailed to me. It's been since July. I was told in July it would be mailed out that weekend. Then a month later I called and they said it was never actually approved and they would call me back the next day. I have not heard from them for over a month. I have left messages and called and they wont answer any of my calls.

The staff in the office are very friendly, very accommodating. The dentist answered of my questions. Let’s face it, Dentist office is a place where no one wants to go. Allow me to change my response. You can’t make a call into the office and the calling service or phone service that they use the people are very nasty. I was told my paperwork was going to be sent in for periodontal request and it had not been done so now I have to wait an extra four days to get an answer because the office has closed early on Friday and closed on Mondays. Finding somewhere else to go FAST!!

All staff is awesome polite, tell you step by step what’s going on, they make you feel so very welcomed and comfortable! The whole office is also very clean and neat as well as the restroom. I would give 10 stars if I could, I recommend this office to everyone and you won’t be disappointed!

The dentist is nice, but the work that I had done on me was literally just a couple of filling. I don’t know how you mess a filling up, but I’ve been unable to chew on left side since December. I wasn’t even feeling pain or was even aware I had a cavity before I went in. I had went back 3 times to have it fixed, and they said everything looked fine in the xray, but still tried to fix it. It was never fixed. I deal with tooth sensitivity every couple of weeks. It comes and goes. Not to sound dramatic, but this has absolutely ruined my day to day life. Currently looking for a new dentist.

Got me right in.Dentist answered my questions and explained all The procedures.The only problem is the aftercare is nonexistent. Was bite on this gauze and out the door.Also the after care instructions different from the A .D.A. and the Cleveland Clinic.Time that you can rinse ,when to start.and how often different in different places for example.All in all I would not hesitate to return to Alpha Dental in the future.

The people here are very friendly. My appointment was very smooth and the staff were excellent and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a new dentist look no further!! I know I’m not. Although I do need a root canal and the place they recommended said that they have a waiting list for like 6-8 months from now. I’m still not looking anywhere else for dentistry work. I was very impressed with Alpha Dental - East. Thank you for your kindness and respect. It is very much appreciated.

I like the new staff. The Dentist is very nice and quick did a good job on my tooth 😀 I had a Root canal done a few months ago good job. Today I got a cleaning did not take long at all. Thanks see you in 6 months 😃
