I would rate -10 stars if that was an option. Stay away from any Allied Orthodontics office. Appointments are spread out 2+ months and available only once per month. When calling you can only speak with the central answering service and they are terrible. They don’t return calls, they can’t find patients in their system. You can wait over 2 hours to be seen. Patients rarely see same technician so there’s no process. We’ve switched orthodontists. New ortho had to strip everything off since the brackets were all mismatched and not applied to teeth correctly. I could write a lot more. Just stay away from Allied.

They called to cancel my appointment at least four times before I gave up.
