Originally when I started at this office pre-pandemic the service was great, IDK what happened since. You have to wait three months to even get your question answered. I got my retainers a month ago and lost them. I have been calling the office for 3 weeks to speak with someone and get in the office to obtain a new pair. I have spoken with 5 reps and went to the office twice and days that were told to me they would be open. I paid cash for my braces before treatment even started. I am reporting this office to BBB, and anything else I can do, this office does not need to be operating, period. They cannot keep up with their clientele and it does not even look like they have much anymore its so disappointing and upsetting the hassle with this office. Generally, they are nice people, so I hate to right this review. BUT SIMPLY PUT, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I’ve had braces for 2 years and this was my second run getting them. This office is terrible at communications. I used to go to 5th street ( until the doctor changed to this location only so he could only work one day (Monday)) with literally all the same problems, not answering phones EVER, can’t get in contact to make appointments definitely if you miss one so it could be possible not to be seen in like 4/5 months here. The call center would always say they were gonna call the office to call me and they would never call. My braces would always break, like I said this was my second time. My first time getting them as a child (not here) I remember only one time a bracket ever broke and I would always eat what I shouldn’t. Between every appointment here brackets were breaking. The doctor eventually stopped fixing the brackets and still would just out power chains over them. I got my removal last month. They didn’t remove all the glue in spots. They put something on my tooth when I first got braces because my top row would keep biting down breaking the bottom , so something to make me not be able to bite all the way down. Think of it like a lump they put on your tooth which is still here even after removal. It’s just a mess? guess you get what you pay for this is supposed to be “cheaper” than other orthodontist. I’d NEVER recommend them to anyone. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re shut down eventually.

I didn’t want to have to review but This is starting to become too much. To start off I came in to get my teeth checked and then to see if I qualify through insurance.. about 8 months went by and nobody called me or sent me anything. I went into the office myself and they said “yeah it’s been approved a long time ago”, so if they’d called me on time I would’ve had my braces off by now since I’ve now had them for two years. Also trying to schedule an appointment here is like trying to meet Oprah Winfrey. They are the busiest office in America. Not to mention they couldn’t even get me lower braces on at the time needed… I had to drive to there office in the city..

They’re lucky they’re getting 1 star from me. I’m going to say my experience with this place. I got braces in this office in November 2021. Me and my mom never thought anything weird about this place. Until when it was December 2022, they canceled my appointment for January, and they would call us again to reschedule. They never did. When it was February, my mom called. They said they would call back, but again, they never did. My mom and I got FURIOUS. She called back in march and argued. They scheduled an appointment for April. But before that appointment in April, me and my mom decided to go to another orthodontist, because we both noticed something was weird about my mouth. We found out that the braces were put in wrong, they put power chains with a thin wire (you’re supposed to have power chains with thick wires), which made my teeth move back, causing to block both of my wisdom teeth from growing. We would have to remove 2 teeth’s to make space from that wisdom teeth. They also made my nose crooked, because braces do not only fix your teeth, but your face too. Also, half of my smile is up and half is down. My treatment with this new orthodontist was gonna start when my insurance accepted the treatment. Then, in April I went back to this office. My mom complained to the doctor saying how it took so long for an appointment, and he simply said “I’m only here once a week. If you wanna look for another office you can.”. When we left, we didn’t even make an appointment for May, because I wasn’t gonna go back to this place. My insurance was a mess. Everything was a mess actually. Papers weren’t being found to approve my new treatment… Until the insurance company called us, saying how we can’t move orthodontists because MY WHOLE ENTIRE TREATMENT WAS ALREADY PAYED TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! I couldnt believe. I don’t remember being so mad like I was when I heard this. I have an appointment scheduled on January, after having these braces ties in my mouth for almost an year. And once I remove my braces, I will look for another orthodontist to put braces on me again to fix this mess. PLEASE!!! CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE GOING SOMEWHERE!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I NEVER SAW ANY REVIEWS

Don't waste your time nor money! This place only have 1 Doctor! you can't be seen for emergencies! appointments are far out cause it's only 1 doctor! He also shut down other offices to make it convenient for him! This doctor is unprofessional!!! It's always a story about his personal life however he's willing to be an orthodontics on his time!! when some people paying him out of pocket of their hard earned money! Just sad and poor service. He lucky he got 1star from me.
