Honestly, I brought my both parents to this place and my parents are happy with this dental clinic. Rustam is very nice, professional and detail oriented. There’s also a dentist Dr Tatiana (forgot last name) she was very general and nice with my mom. I highly recommend this place.

Customer service is very rude from start to end of convo. She said no appointments on Saturdays but website says otherwise. I informed her that I am a new client, I think she don’t like to do the info input of new clients, or maybe she’s tired of her job. That fact that I called Monday and she sounds feed-up!!! What a gal.

(If you have spanish speaking elders dont send them here!!!!!)If I could do a review with zero stars I would my mom called this place today to check what day she had her appointment turns out she had missed it when she asked why she hadn't gotten a confirmation call the lady told her that it wasn't her job to give her a reminder and she had a family and a life to worry and if she didn't like the service she could go a different place which didn't make any sense why she said that started getting all mad this lady is the only spanish speaker here she was very rude and disrespectful and I will be reaching out to her bosses cause she should be fired I work in customer service I know who talk to people this person needs to be retrained

This review is for the Billing Office in the Mission Street location and is for Billing Magician ELENA. Elena is unprofessional, short-tempered, not customer-oriented, and extremely rude. From the minute she answered the phone, she sounded completely inadequate. She provided me with unacceptable customer service. To the Business Owners: Eugine and Yulia, I know that you are working hard, and many patients are grateful for what you do, but unfortunately, the entire staff counts when it comes to customer satisfaction. Today, I removed the 5-star review I gave your business a while back, and instead, I am writing a negative review because I feel that current and future customers should know what to expect while dealing with your Billing person, Elena. Have you ever wondered why you have so many negative reviews on Google, Yelp, Bing Dental Insider, and the Chamber of Commerce? The answer is because of your purely trained employees. They don’t care about your clientele or your company's reputation; they do what they want and speak as they want, which is unacceptable. No matter how hard you both work, your business image is ruined because you let bad people join your group.

I am so upset with this clinic. When I came for an appointment, I provided all the information about my insurance. They accepted me, and I was waiting to see a doctor. By the way, she is really great! The nurse did an x-ray, and then the doctor did a check-up. When I asked if my insurance covers all work. Only then did the receptionist come to me and said that my insurance doesn't cover anything!!!! And I had to pay $100 from my pocket just for nothing, which is a solid amount for me. If you go there, just triple check with the receptionist or other stuff about your insurance and coverage. They should have told me that they didn't accept my insurance once I showed my card!!! I think it's unprofessional! Especially now, when we have a lot of people who just arrived in this country and all these insurance things are new to them!

I’m now going on over two weeks of calling everyday at least 3 times a day and no one is answering. They said they’d call me back with the date of my follow up appointment and they never did. I’m pretty sure I need it right now as my temporary crown is dangling by a thread. So what am I supposed to do? They’ve already charged my insurance for this and I paid the co-pay. I can’t afford to do it all over again somewhere else. They’re just terrible people.

i recently broke my 2 teeth in the front a couple weeks ago and my smile was ruined and i came here to get a tooth canal and i was going to get it on 3 appointments but i got it fixed all today and they brought back my smile 🥳
