Honestly loved this practice when I called and first walked in.. the front desk was very helpful! The place looks and smells clean.. they answer their phones quickly, and have available appointments same week. Coming from out of state all these things to get together are rare! When they called my 8 year old sister to the back. They told me I needed to stay in the lobby specifically because they needed to take X-rays. No problem… I’ll stay outside the door and you can do all the X-rays you want! Then the lady walks my sister out of the room down the hallway. Tells me nothing! I ask what’s going on and she said they were going to exam and clean her teeth… Cool! Can I come? She said she had to ask the elder lady in the back room… weird! But ok…. That lady then walks out and tells me to go back into the lobby… wait, why can’t I be with my sister? She is well behaved, not acting nervous or throwing a tantrum. Nothing to indicate that I have any anxiety I’m letting off into her (that’s why dentists didn’t allow parents back in the 80s and 90s). I told the older lady if I couldn’t see my sister at least, we would just leave. She said ok, leave! I have three kids and have been to probably over 10 dentists over the years with moving states and have never been denied entry after X-ray! The attitude of the staff after I signed the new patient paperwork was completely 180 and unacceptable. I will not be bringing my children or sisters to this practice again and really hope any parent thinking about bringing their child asks the right questions before wasting their time and gas.

I didn't hate dentists before and now I do. Haven't gone to one for years because of this guy. (I think his name is Dr Owe which is what you will do after you visit him) he stuck his instruments in my supposed grooves to make small holes a bigger deal and possibly create cavities. Then he preceeded to make fun of me during a procedure when I said it was very painful and requested him to be more gentle. Very strange egoistic man. I wouldn't recommend any poor soul have to have work done by him.

Top notch dentistry! I highly recommend it if you want high quality dental care. Dr. Owe is extremely knowledgeable and a gifted clinician.

I needed a lot of important work done when I first to came to Dr. Oh. My first impression was that he was dexterous, practical, honest, and efficient. I ended up being correct about all of that. He also is extremely professional and cares about his patients 100%. After all the work I have done, I have absolutely zero issues and what he anticipated always came true. He knows what he's doing and is highly recommended.

Initially I was not going to leave a review, but I have not been able to get it off my mind. My experience yesterday was unpleasant to say the least.I came in due to dental pain that comes and goes in my wisdom teeth. This is my first dental office in Arizona and I can say Front desk team are extremely nice and welcoming and happily answered all questions/concerns. After my X-rays , the dentist came into the room and was really rude, unwelcoming , there were instances he seemed to over talk with a louder, stern tone that was not necessary and lacked passion in what he was doing and that is based off the side comments he would make, that one would think he could have kept to himself. I didn’t even know the appointment was over , he got up and walked out the room without saying bye or anything. I had to ask the assistant where he went and what the next steps would be. I even had to ask the front desk does he always behave with such a rude demeanor . I left slightly confused about my treatment plan and care done that day , I felt as though I was not treated like a new patient, I was rushed and just tossed to the front desk. Update : I called today due to my gum worsening over the weekend to ask why did I not get any antibiotics for the infection , Jill stated that the doctor refuses to see me based off this review, she said I shouldn’t have written a bad review. I asked her isn’t that dental negligence? It makes no sense the review was not bad , it told my experience which was bad. Like I said this is my first dentist in arizona and I have never in life been treated so terrible. I’m reaching out to the Arizona state board and reporting them.
