I am so glad I found the folks at All Smiles. I had been disillusioned by my experience at several dentist's offices when I found All Smiles. Dr Pete leads a small group of professionals who clearly enjoy practicing together. They are very customer focused so I actually enjoy seeing them!

Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Never have to wait and usually get taken early if I’m there before my appointment. Very efficient!

Went with the usual "going to the dentist hesitation," and came out completely relaxed. Tina, Nicky and the doc were kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. Dr Kousiolis didn't try to sell me more than I wanted and allowed it to be my choice. Tina also worked with me on payment. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Came here about a year ago. Didn’t look at the reviews and came here based on walking distance. Receptionist was extremely friendly. That’s where the positives stop. There was a review that mentioned “insurance”. If you pay attention to the wording of that review they mention how they told the client that “we take your insurance”, this is true, but something that happen to me much like that reviewer was they started doing dental work and never explained to me cost or options before doing ANY of the dental work. The actual dentist was able to help but at no point introduce themselves. I understand the business has their name on it but is there no professionalism to being considerate of introducing yourself to the person you are about to pry opens mouth? We agreed I needed to come back to finish the job and when I went to the front desk and they told me that my insurance would cover a small portion and I had pay a total amount of $X,XXX out of pocket I was not to thrilled. Some people do not have the budget to cover that out of pocket and NO I do not want to sign up for your credit card (they have it placed perfectly next to the check out area). Do I think this place is trying to be malicious? No. But they need to improve on their business practices. At the end of the day this is a learning experience and if you are reading this, please be mindful to ask questions and never assume the Bussines has the best interest of your allowance.
