I started my dental journey here back in January 2023 with Dr. Corey and have continued with Dr. Dave this year. Everyone in the office has always been very pleasant and made sure I was happy with the work being done. Monica is always so pleasant and makes sure she gets you the appointments needed scheduled. Char is a wonderful hygienist that will make you laugh while cleaning your teeth. I have also have the pleasure of Asia and Allen making sure I have the smile I always wanted. Thank you all for giving the best care and being passionate.

I had no complaints about this dental office until I did Wednesday, August 28, 2024. I had a scaling done by Char. When the scaling was complete, Char informed me that she burned my lip. I couldn't feel anything because my mouth was numb. She gave me lip balm with aloe & vitamin E and she put numbing gel in the lip balm, but she kept saying it was vitamin E but it wasn't. The next day Thursday, August 29, 2024, I wore a mask while working. My lip looked horrific and it was uncomfortable when eating or smiling/laughing because the burn was close to the corner of my mouth. I went to urgent care to have the burn looked at. The attending physician gave me a prescription for ointment. I called the office for reimbursement that was under $100 for the visit and prescription. I was told no and that I should have called the office before I went to urgent care. What? The office manager was very unprofessional. She was phone tough. lol I never received a call from Dr. David showing any concern. Dr. David was very dismissive and nonchalant about the incident. It is very disturbing when the Dr. isn't concerned about patients being injured in the office. SMH I believe she (Char) knew exactly what she was doing.

This practice is one in a million and deserves more than 5 stars. The physicians and staff are fabulous. I have been fearful of the dentist for so many years, but the moment I walked into the office I felt a sense of ease. The entire staff is knowledgeable, efficient, very kind and I would highly recommend this practice to all. Thank you for being the best!!

I will preface this review by saying I don't often go to dental offices because I try to take care of my teeth. There are some things that brushing and careful maintenance of teeth cannot take care of like genetic dispositions. I required a procedure for an infection in my root and was recommended this office by a work colleague. I arrived for a consult to see what the problem was, I was offered solutions and picked the one that best fit my needs which was a bone graft to reconstruct the Grand Canyon sized hole in my jaw. Then I set the appointment with the lovely dental assistant Asia, who was very cordial and patient. On the day of the appointment, I arrive early by 30 minutes to account for paperwork. I was greeted by Elaina and Monica with a bright smile and warm welcome. The office is furnished comfortably, not sterile like a hospital waiting room but homey in neutral colors pleasing to the eye. After filling out some paper work and being offered water and coffee by the both of them, I had to wait for my appointment time. If you're lucky you will be seen earlier than your appointment time. When Dr. Dave was ready for the appointment I was taken back to room, seated, and made very comfortable by Char(pronounced Shar). She also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before the procedure started. The rest of the procedure was done by Dr. Dave and the assistant Asia. Dr. Dave made sure I was not in pain at any moment in the procedure and any discomfort I felt was addressed quickly. Overall a very quick and relatively painless process for what seemed like a complicated procedure. In summary, if you want a really great experience at a dental office and are on the fence about whether these people care about you outside of getting you in the door, then this is place. At no point did I feel like the staff did not care, quite the opposite. I felt welcomed and any questions or concerns I had were addressed whenever I asked. Some staff I did not have the pleasure of speaking to long were Allen and Cait. If you get either of them you would be in good hands. Great office, great people, great patient care. Give it a shot and see what I mean.

I met the new owner/dentist today. He was very nice and told me the work I needed on my mouth. He gave me options to consider which is always important. Char, cleaned my teeth. Anytime spent with Char is a great time! She is professional, pleasant and on point. Thanks Char!!!
