All Family Dental and Braces

I am writing on behalf of my mom, she visited with my sister with special needs to get a filling done. She was very anxious and stressed but they managed to calm her down and did the best job that needed to be done. They were very gentle and I am very thankful because it is not always easy to get dental work done and with her but the doctor and assistant did an amazing job.

Amazing experience! My 5 year old daughter doesn’t like letting anyone in her mouth but they made her feel comfortable and were able to get her to open up wide and do what was needed. They are great with kids. Highly recommend!

I have a great experience here everytime I come. The doctors there are super nice and kind. I had a doctor named Julia and she was super sweet and the doctor that also came to check up on me was also super friendly. I recommend going here because they let you know if you need a break and that’s super helpful. They also deal with kids that have special needs and that’s super important, I asked my doctor how they are able to help special needs kids out and she explained it to me which made me learn a new thing. It’s very cool that they also deal with special needs patients as well! Thank you for having me as a patient.

Good dental work if you can get them to actually commit to an appointment. I had several cavities filled here and a cap placed on a tooth, all of which was done well. The issue is they book appointments months in advance they have no intention of honoring. I had multiple instances of them canceling last minute and informing me I’d be contacted about a reschedule “as soon as possible” with zero follow up. I called their office twice, getting their answering service twice in the middle of the day before office closure hours posted online, and was told me request would be “escalated to ensure it was handled right away”. That was three months ago and I have yet to hear back from them. Extremely unprofessional office.

All family dental and braces is hands down the best dr visit I ever had literally. Although rn I’m in a lot of pain they are working to ensure that my oral health is being taken care of and taking all the necessary steps to make it happen. So I am definitely giving them and my dr. Who is DR. Beth a 10/10 because she is amazing and I do t feel like I’m dredding going or don’t want to go. These nice people in this office are amazing including the receptionist who made room for me on an already booked day. So I would definitely recommend this Dentist office to family and friends because of the quality service. And very nice staff.??
