Alfred Gernert PSC

Dr. Gernert cared for four of our children in orthodontics. He corrected some deficiencies left by other "high tech" orthodontists. He expressed horror at the treatment plan to remove four molars in one of our identical twins. As he described the "sunken, old woman-look" that would be a long-term consequence, we changed dentists; and ten years later, the twins are still identical! What a nightmare that would have been! Dr. Gernert was our most reliable 2nd opinion for "super high tech" general dentists who were so very wrong on the number of cavities. He showed us way too many for several children and a couple missing ones in the others. That's what happens when a doctor doesn't use his own "eyes" and dental hand-tools. I hope Dr. Gernert is still around to talk about some pretty aggressive orthodontics recommended for our eight-year-old granddaughter. Oh my!
