DO NOT use this dental office if you want to be seen at the time of your scheduled appointment. They will make you wait over an hour after your scheduled time with disregard to their patient's time. The first time we are at this office, we were 30 mins early and waited 1-1/2 hour to be seen without any reason for the delay. I'm assuming they overbook to get as many patients as possible. This second time, we were on time, but still need to wait over an hour again because they scheduled our appointment on the same day they were expecting my father's dentures which is of course late. This office is not organized and need major retraining.

BE AWARE! Total rip-off! I purchased the deal from AmazonLocal. The Value "suppose to be" $275 for $29 on the deal. I have scheduled at noon. First, they put several people on the same time slot, so after filling out the form you have to wait for the patients before you to finish. (15mins) After waiting for a while they assigned me to a seat, then came another long wait because no dentist was available They didn't even offer water or anything. They just left me on the chair for a long time by myself. (40mins) Then a lady came and asked me a few questions, who then put an anti-radiation cover on me for x-ray but without any instruction of what to do. A male dentist came by who was "supposed to be the one to clean my teeth". After the x-ray was taken, he explained to me I have 6 teeth with cavity and some tartar to be removed by prophy because the deal didn't cover that. Prophy (the type of cleaning that wasn't covered in the deal) was $100, and cavity fixing was $150 to $180 PER TEETH. After I declined all the "EXTRA Upgrade", the dentist who examine my teeth disappeared instead, another male who looks like "assistant" was cleaning my teeth. For all the time I have waited, they finished my cleaning in 5 mins. X-ray was not necessary since they never show it to me, and the cleaning was like polish my teeth instead of cleaning. I guess they just use the "deal" to draw people in for their sales pitch. NOT A HONEST dental clinic! KEEP away from this dental place!

I am a perfectionist and I always want the best in various aspects. I chose Alegria after did many research and I found they have the best service and lowest price. I will be a customer for life.

Algeria Dental Center is an amazing dental office. Dr. Emad and Katerina Mouawad are friendly and the best dentists I've ever been to!
