If you have to have a root canal this is the only practice I will recommend. Dr.Ahmed knows his stuff and makes it easy to trust that you are getting the best treatment. I was in and out in good time and he kept me informed through out the procedure. They have a great team everyone was very nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable.

As someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist, I was dreading this root canal more than anything in the world. Dr. Ahmed and his assistant were absolutely amazing. They took the time to make me laugh and keep me calm, kept me as informed as I wanted to be and reassured me as they went, and had me in and out very quickly. I hope to never need another root canal, but if I do, this is the only place I'll ever go.Thanks again for taking such good care of me!

By far best dental experience I have ever had, even thru my high anxiety an ptsd knowing i had to get dental work done, Dr. Ahmed was outstanding an very kind , kool an made me feel at ease. Asked what tunes I wanted to hear, and the procedure went well . His staff was phenomenal and very warming. Appreciated that! i look forward to the next procedure!

My dentist reccomended me Dr. Moin Ahmed for a root canal that required a specialist on tooth #14. I had 3 visits with Dr Moin.. 1st visit was a root canal, & the 2nd was the retreatment. that was supposed to be it. I later learned, I had to go in a 3rd time. my insurance claimed theres still nerves, it needed another retreatment. I have husky D, state insurance. Dr. Moin was paid for the 2 visits.on my 3rd visit, was another retreatment with Dr, Moin. After an added month of already a two month wait. I finally got my appt on November 30th at 10:30am, Thursday. That day in the room, the nurse took the X-ray. Dr. Moin came into the room minutes later, & asked me why am I here today? I explained my insurance informed me that I still had nerves & needed another retreatment done before finishing my root canal with my main dentist. He looked annoyed & bothered. he expressed to me his grievances on why my dental insurance isn't great. He began blaiming my insurance on not knowing their job, he stated that ppl who work for Husky D, aren't doctors, & don't know how to properly review insurance claims. This 3rd visit was unpaid, it felt clear I was a waste of Dr. Moins time being there. He looked at the X-ray & that was the appt. said I was done with the visit. I expected a retreatment or him telling me everything looks fine but, he quickly walked away from th room as soon as he felt he was done there. he spent this visit complaining, rather than actually being present with me and my conerns as a patient. he didn't want me there, i didn't want to be there either, but i had to. i have a hole in my tooth i can't finish with a crown until the job is done and approved. I was puzzled and felt more in the dark about whats to happen next.I got up, went to the waiting room, near the front desk.I asked him at the front desk while he was still near. Was he certain I would'nt have anymore issues, did everything look okay?I was confused & that this visit didn't feel proper. mind you, i was not yelling or being rude. That took a lot of effort for me to even speak up and say something, because i don't like uncomfortable situations. he came out to the waiting room 1 ft in front of me,intimidatingly & agressively. He's at least 6 ft or over, im 5'1. I immeditately started to feel nervous. thinking is this seriously happening right now? why the aggression? he said, what do you want me to say to you? i said i just want to be certain I wont have to come in again with more issues because this visit definitely wasn't a retreatment by any means. He went on to say this is why he wont take ppl with my insurance anymore, because of these claims/issues. All he did was put the blame on my insurance. Dr. Moin showed he has a serious ego and arrogants to him. The feeling you get from that meeting was, hes right and you're wrong and thats how it goes kind of energy. The reasons why i even asked questions was because it was months of waiting in limbo to have any progress done with this tooth. but it was clear he did not care/or see any my view points & concerns. I was a nuisance to him being patient who has state insurance, which isn't right. I asked questions with hope with some answers. Instead I got one X-ray and bad confrontational & upsetting experience.

He is absolutely amazing! I was so scared and he made me feel so comfortable and safe . He reassured me I was doing great and things would get better ! I love him!
