Affordable Family Dental

This location isn’t very accommodating for deaf/hard-of-hearing patients. I’m not really in the business of explaining what that means. But the lack of accommodations is surely felt in many ways. From the website, to the phone options, to the woman who got upset when asked to repeat herself a few times. I guess there was a reason I hardly ever wanted to go. At this point, it has impacted my ability to schedule follow up appointments for services needed on my teeth. Going to try another dentist. Their services pre-pandemic seemed better. In addition, the website here says open Saturdays which is apparently not completely true.

All the work I have had done is perfect, I have had no problem. Dr. Masse is truly gifted. The stafff as you enter are not just professionals they treat you like royalty.

Dr. Griffin is amazing - his company, Lightforce Orthodontics, and their custom discrete 3d printed braces got me a perfect smile in under a year, and barely anybody noticed I had them. Would highly recommend Lightforce braces for a solution to anybody looking for a better smile.

I’ve had the most comfortable, painless cleaning experience so far. When I had told them that the Dr. has explained that the facility uses advance cleaning tools(probably latest technology). The stuff were very friendly and responsive, especially when I had called the facility before to schedule my appointment. Dr. Michael seemed very experienced and honest(never seen a dentist compliment the previous dentists work:) I have had cleaning, XR, examination and consultation at this facility.

Bad service! I had a root canal years ago and now I have a lot of pain. I called to ask if they can re-do it they said yes but I have to pay again since it was years ago. Yes, years ago that I pay to have good service. Not for a bad service.!!! The receptionist didn’t even ask to the doctor or manager on duty to see if they were able to assist. She acted as she knew when clearly didn’t.!!! Super disappointed!

Best dental care experience in the Boston area. I been coming here for almost a decade. Front office staff is the best, especially the office manager Sandra who is very accommodating. I've been treated by several dentists here all of whom are wonderful. I highly recommend them. There's simply no better practice to go for your dental well being.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk at this dental office. The receptionist was rude from the start and acted like I was an inconvenience. They messed up my appointment, then blamed me for it, and when I asked for help, I got nothing but attitude. It felt unprofessional, and even then, they have the audacity to ask me to leave a good review.

Very good place, optimal care, and competent and qualified dentists.
